Abstract
[해결 수단] 터빈축(12)에 작용하는 쓰러스트 힘(thrust force)을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 쓰러스트 베어링(30)을 구비한다. 쓰러스트 베어링(30)은 터빈축과 함께 회전하는 원반 모양의 쓰러스트 칼라(thrust collar)(32)와, 쓰러스트 칼라의 축방향 이동을 저지하는 터빈 측 쓰러스트 베어링(34) 및 컴프레서 측 쓰러스트 베어링(36)으로 이루어진다. 컴프레서 측 쓰러스트 베어링(36)은 쓰러스트 칼라와 접하는 표면에 하우징 내부로부터 윤활유를 공급하는 오일 공급 유로(36a)와, 터빈축이 관통하는 중공 관통홀의 내면에 마련된 고리 모양의 홈(36b)과, 홈 내부에 모이는 윤활유를 하방으로 낙하시키는 오일 배출 유로(36c)를 가진다.

Claims (2)
- 터빈 임펠러를 일단에 가지는 터빈축과, 터빈축으로 회전 구동되는 컴프레서 임펠러를 구비한 과급기로서,
터빈축에 작용하는 쓰러스트 힘(thrust force)을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 쓰러스트 베어링(thrust bearing)을 구비하고,
상기 쓰러스트 베어링은 터빈축과 함께 회전하는 원반 모양의 쓰러스트 칼라(thrust collar)와, 상기 쓰러스트 칼라의 축방향 이동을 저지하는 터빈 측 쓰러스트 베어링 및 컴프레서 측 쓰러스트 베어링으로 이루어지고,
컴프레서 측 쓰러스트 베어링은 쓰러스트 칼라와 접하는 표면에 하우징 내부로부터 윤활유를 공급하는 오일 공급 유로와, 터빈축이 관통하는 중공 관통홀의 내면에 마련된 고리 모양의 홈과, 상기 홈 내부에 모이는 윤활유를 하방으로 낙하시키는 오일 배출 유로를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 과급기. - 제1항에 있어서,
컴프레서 측 쓰러스트 베어링과 컴프레서 임펠러 사이를 구분하는 고정 격벽과, 상기 고정 격벽과 컴프레서 측 쓰러스트 베어링 사이에 위치하고 터빈축과 함께 회전하는 오일 쉴드 부재와, 상기 오일 쉴드 부재와 고정 격벽 사이를 액체 밀봉되게 씰링하는 씰링 부재를 가지고,
상기 오일 쉴드 부재는 컴프레서 측 쓰러스트 베어링의 중공 관통홀보다 크고, 또한 터빈축에 거의 직교하는 수직면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 과급기.
