Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 섬유 및 필라멘트의 제조 방법:
(a) (i) 지글러-나타 촉매, 및
(ii) 유기알루미늄 화합물의 존재하에
프로필렌 및 1 종 이상의 임의의 공단량체를 중합시켜, 7 이상의 분자량 분포 Mw/Mn 를 갖는 폴리프로필렌을 제조하는 단계;
(b) 이전 단계로부터의 폴리프로필렌을 압출기에 공급하는 단계;
(c) 이어서 폴리프로필렌을 용융-압출하여 용융 폴리프로필렌 스트림을 수득하는 단계;
(d) 방사구금의 다수의 가는, 통상적으로는 원형인 미세관을 통해 상기 단계 (c) 의 용융 폴리프로필렌 스트림을 압출하여, 용융 폴리프로필렌의 필라멘트를 수득하는 단계; 및
(e) 이어서 이전 단계에서 수득된 필라멘트의 직경을 최종 직경으로 신속하게 감소시키는 단계,
상기 단계 (a) 에서 제조된 폴리프로필렌은 프로필렌 단일중합체 또는 프로필렌과 1 종 이상의 공단량체의 랜덤 공중합체이고, 상기 공단량체는 에틸렌 또는 C4-C10 알파-올레핀이고, 상기 랜덤 공중합체는 랜덤 공중합체의 총 중량에 대해 6 중량% 이하의 공단량체를 포함하며;
지글러-나타 촉매는, 모두 활성 형태로 마그네슘 할라이드 상에 지지되어 있는 하나 이상의 티타늄-할로겐 결합을 갖는 티타늄 화합물, 및 내부 주개를 포함하며, 내부 주개는 숙시네이트, 디-케톤, 엔아미노-이민 또는 이들의 혼화물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물을 내부 주개의 총 중량에 대해 80 중량% 이상 포함함. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 내부 주개가 본질적으로 숙시네이트 화합물로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 (a) 에서 프로필렌과 1 종 이상의 임의의 공단량체가 하기의 추가의 존재하에서 중합되는 방법:

- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법:
(f) 단계 (e) 에서 수득된 필라멘트를 지지체 상에 수집하는 단계, 및

폴리프로필렌은 프로필렌 단일중합체 또는 프로필렌과 1 종 이상의 공단량체의 랜덤 공중합체이고, 상기 공단량체는 에틸렌 또는 C4-C10 알파-올레핀이고, 상기 랜덤 공중합체는 랜덤 공중합체의 총 중량에 대해 6 중량% 이하의 공단량체를 포함하며;
폴리프로필렌은 7 이상의 분자량 분포를 갖고;
폴리프로필렌은
(i) 지글러-나타 촉매, 및
(ii) 유기알루미늄 화합물의 존재하에
프로필렌 및 1 종 이상의 임의의 공단량체를 중합시켜 제조되며;
지글러-나타 촉매는, 모두 활성 형태로 마그네슘 할라이드 상에 지지되어 있는 하나 이상의 티타늄-할로겐 결합을 갖는 티타늄 화합물, 및 내부 주개를 포함하며, 내부 주개는 숙시네이트, 디-케톤, 엔아미노-이민 또는 이들의 혼화물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물을 내부 주개의 총 중량에 대해 80 중량% 이상 포함하는 용도. - 제 10 항에 있어서, 내부 주개가 본질적으로 숙시네이트 화합물로 이루어지는 용도.
