Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 도전성 기체(基體)와, 그 도전성 기체 위에 마련된 감광층을 적어도 갖고,최표면층이,하기 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 화합물의 적어도 1종과,(A) 불소 원자를 갖는 아크릴 모노머를 중합하여 이루어지는 구조, (B) 탄소-탄소 이중 결합 및 불소 원자를 갖는 구조, (C) 알킬렌옥사이드 구조, (D) 탄소-탄소 삼중 결합 및 수산기를 갖는 구조 중 1종 이상의 구조를 분자 내에 함유하는 계면활성제를 함유하는 조성물의 경화물로 이루어지는 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.〔일반식(I) 중, Q는 정공 수송성을 갖는 n가의 유기기를 나타내고, R은 수소 원자 또는 알킬기를 나타내고, L은 2가의 유기기를 나타내고, n은 1 이상의 정수를 나타내고, j는 0 또는 1을 나타낸다〕
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 열라디칼 발생제를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사 진 감광체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 열라디칼 발생제의 10시간 반감기 온도가 40℃ 이상 110℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제1항에 있어서,일반식(I) 중의 R이 메틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제1항에 있어서,일반식(I) 중의 n이 2 이상의 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제1항에 있어서,일반식(I) 중의 L이 탄소수 2 이상의 알킬렌기를 포함하는 2가의 유기기이며, 또한, j가 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제1항에 있어서,일반식(I) 중의 n이 4 이상의 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제1항에 있어서,일반식(I)으로 표시되는 화합물의 총함유량이, 최표면층을 형성할 때에 사용되는 조성물에 대해 40중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 계면활성제의 총함유량이, 최표면층을 형성할 때에 사용되는 조성물에 대해 0.01중량% 이상 1중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제1항에 있어서,일반식(I)의 화합물이 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)으로 표시되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.상기 일반식(Ⅱ) 중, Ar1 내지 Ar4는, 각각 독립적으로, 치환 혹은 미치환의 아릴기를 나타내고, Ar5는 치환 혹은 미치환의 아릴기, 또는 치환 혹은 미치환의 아릴렌기를 나타내고, D는 -(L)j-O-CO-C(R)=CH2를 나타내고(여기서, L은 2가의 유기기를, j는 0 또는 1을, R은 수소 원자, 또는 탄소수 1 이상 5 이하의 직쇄상 혹은 분쇄상의 알킬기를 나타낸다), 다섯의 c는 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1을 나타내고, k 는 0 또는 1을 나타내고, D의 총수는 1 이상이다.
- 제10항에 있어서,일반식(Ⅱ)에 있어서의 D의 총수가 4 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제10항에 있어서,일반식(Ⅱ) 중의 R이 메틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제10항에 있어서,일반식(Ⅱ) 중의 L이 탄소수 2 이상의 알킬렌기를 포함하는 2가의 유기기이며, 또한, j가 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 감광체.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전자 사진 감광체와, 그 전자 사진 감광체를 대전시키는 대전 수단, 상기 전자 사진 감광체에 형성된 정전 잠상을 토너에 의해 현상하는 현상 수단, 및, 상기 전자 사진 감광체의 표면에 잔존한 토너를 제거하는 토너 제거 수단으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로세스 카트리지.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전자 사진 감광체와, 그 전자 사 진 감광체를 대전시키는 대전 수단과, 대전한 상기 전자 사진 감광체에 정전 잠상을 형성하는 정전 잠상 수단과, 상기 전자 사진 감광체에 형성된 정전 잠상을 토너에 의해 현상하여 토너상을 형성하는 현상 수단과, 상기 토너상을 피전사체에 전사하는 전사 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
