Claims (6)
- 데이터에 대응하여 화상을 표시하는 액정표시패널;상기 액정표시패널의 구동에 필요한 구동전압들을 발생하는 DC-DC 변환기;정상 구동상태에서는 상기 데이터와 함께 모듈동작전원 및 백라이트동작전원의 공급을 허여하는 반면, 휴지 구동상태에서는 상기 데이터의 공급을 허여하되 상기 모듈동작전원 및 백라이트동작전원의 공급을 차단하는 시스템; 및상기 모듈동작전원 및 백라이트동작전원의 입력 여부에 따라 상기 DC-DC 변환기의 출력을 제어하는 스위치회로를 구비하고;상기 모듈동작전원 및 백라이트동작전원 중 어느 하나라도 상기 스위치회로로 입력되지 않으면 상기 DC-DC 변환기의 출력은 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스위치회로는,상기 모듈동작전원이 인가되는 여부에 따라 턴 온/턴 오프되는 제1 스위치소자;상기 제1 스위치소자의 동작에 연동하여 턴 온/턴 오프 됨으로써 상기 백라이트동작전원이 인가되는 공급라인과 상기 DC-DC 변환기의 입력전압단자 사이의 전류패스를 절환하는 제2 스위치소자; 및상기 제1 스위치소자와 제2 스위치소자 사이에 접속되는 저항소자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 스위치소자는, 상기 모듈동작전원이 인가되는 공급라인에 접속되는 제어단자, 상기 저항소자에 접속되는 제1 단자, 및 기저전압원에 접속되는 제2 단자를 구비하고;상기 제2 스위치소자는, 상기 저항소자에 접속되는 제어단자, 상기 백라이트동작전원이 인가되는 공급라인에 접속되는 제1 단자, 및 상기 DC-DC 변환기의 입력전압단자에 접속되는 제2 단자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제1 스위치소자는 npn형 BJT로 구현되고, 상기 제2 스위치소자는 pnp형 BJT로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제1 스위치소자는 n형 MOSFET으로 구현되고, 상기 제2 스위치소자는 p형 MOSFET으로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 모듈동작전원은 상기 스위치회로 이외에 상기 액정표시패널을 구동하기 위한 표시패널 구동회로, 및 상기 표시패널 구동회로의 동작 타이밍을 제어하기 위한 타이밍 콘트롤러에 공급되고;상기 백라이트동작전원은 상기 스위치회로 이외에 상기 액정표시패널에 광을 조사하는 백 라이트를 구동하기 위한 백라이트 구동회로에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
