Claims (5)
- 엔진과, 이 엔진에 의해 구동되는 동력원과, 이 동력원으로부터 공급되는 동력에 의해 구동되고, 소정의 액추에이터를 포함하는 복수의 액추에이터를 갖는 동시에,상기 엔진의 배기 통로에 배치되고, 배기 가스 중의 질소 산화물을 상기 환원제에 의해 환원 정화하는 환원 촉매와, 환원제 저장 탱크와, 이 환원제 저장 탱크 내에 저장된 상기 환원제의 잔량을 검출하는 환원제 잔량 검출 장치를 포함하는 배기 가스 처리 장치를 갖는 건설 기계에 있어서,상기 환원제 잔량 검출 장치에 의해 상기 환원제 저장 탱크 내의 상기 환원제의 잔량이 소정 잔량 이하로 되었을 때, 상기 소정의 액추에이터에 의해 구동하는 부하체의 기능의 발휘가 어려워지도록 상기 소정의 액추에이터의 작동을 규제하는 규제 제어와, 이때 상기 소정의 액추에이터와는 상이한 다른 액추에이터에 의해 구동하는 별도의 부하체의 기능이 발휘되도록, 상기 다른 액추에이터의 작동을 가능하게 유지하는 유지 제어를 실시하는 액추에이터 작동 제어 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는, 건설 기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액추에이터 작동 제어 수단에 의해 실시되는 상기 규제 제어는, 상기 소정의 액추에이터의 작동을 금지시키는 제어인 것을 특징으로 하는, 건설 기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액추에이터 작동 제어 수단에 의해 실시되는 상기 유지 제어는, 상기 다른 액추에이터의 속도 규제를 받지 않는 통상 속도에 의한 작동을 가능하게 하는 제어인 것을 특징으로 하는, 건설 기계.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다른 액추에이터가, 상기 주행용 액추에이터 및 선회용 액추에이터로 이루어지고,상기 소정의 액추에이터가, 상기 주행용 액추에이터 및 선회용 액추에이터와는 상이한 액추에이터로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 건설 기계.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 건설 기계가 유압 셔블로 이루어지고,상기 소정의 액추에이터가 전방 작업기를 구동시키는 액추에이터로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 건설 기계.
