Claims (3)
- 투입구(34)가 형성된 보일러 외통(32)과, 상기 보일러 외통(32)의 내부공간에 조립되며 화목을 연소시키기 위한 연소실(24)이 구비된 보일러 내통(10)과, 상기 연소실(24)로 공기를 공급하는 팬(12)과, 연소과정 중 발생하는 가스을 외부로 방출시키기 위한 배출덕트(26)를 포함하여 구성된 통상적인 화목보일러에 있어서,상기 보일러 내통(10)의 저면에 조립되는 케이스(16)와;상기 케이스(16)의 내부에 형성되며 상기 팬(12)의 동작으로 공급된 공기가 저장되는 공기실(18)과;상기 공기실(18)의 상부에 관통형성되는 유입구멍(18a)들과;상기 보일러 내통(10)의 외면에 부착되며, 일단은 상기 유입구멍(18a)들과 연통하여 상기 공기실(18)에 저장된 공기가 유입되는 공기분배구(20)와;상기 공기분배구(20)의 내부에 설치되며, 상기 공기분배구(20)에 저장된 공기를 상기 연소실(24)로 공급하는 에어노즐(22)을 포함하여 구성된 화목보일러.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 배출덕트(26)의 일단에는 집진기(30)가 설치되며;상기 집진기(30)의 중앙부분에는 상기 배출덕트(26)를 통해 배출되는 가스를 외부로 방출시키기 위한 연돌(28)을 설치하되,상기 연돌(28)의 단부(28a)는 상기 배출덕트(26)의 중심점보다 내려오도록 상기 집진기(30)에 조립시킴을 특징으로 하는 화목보일러
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 케이스(16)의 상면에는 상기 팬(12)과 상기 공기실(18)을 연통하는 공기분배함(14)이 설치되며;상기 공기분배함(14)의 상단에는 인젝션관(15)이 설치되어 상기 연돌(28)로 공기를 분사시켜 발생하는 가스를 외부로 배출시킴을 특징으로 하는 화목보일러.
