- 롤링 베어링(13, 14, 16)용 또는 슬라이딩 베어링(19)용 베어링 부품(1a, 1b, 1, 7, 9)에 있어서,상기 베어링 부품(1a, 1b, 1, 7, 9)은 내부 링(1a, 1), 외부 링(1b, 7), 롤링 요소(9), 케이지 또는 가이드 링 중 하나이며,상기 베어링 부품(1a, 1b, 1, 7, 9)은 제 1 재료(2) 및 상기 제 1 재료(2)에 결합된 제 2 재료(3)를 포함하며,상기 제 2 재료(3) 및 제 1 재료(2)는 반-고체 금속 가공에 의해 결합 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반-고체 금속 가공은 소 성형 가공, 소 주조 가공, 소 단조 가공, 소 결합 가공, 레오 성형 가공, 레오 주조 가공, 레오 단조 가공 또는 레오 결합 가공인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 재료(2)는 경량 재료, 경금속 재료, 알루미늄, 티타늄, 주철, 저 탄소 강, 전기 절연 재료, 단열 재료, 충격 흡수 재료, 탄성 재료 또는 댐퍼링 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 재료(3)는 철, 베어링 철, 스테인리스 스틸, 초경합금, 시멘티드 카바이드, 카바이드 금속, 세라믹 재료, 황동, 청동, 전기 절연 재료 또는 단열 재료인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 부품(1a, 1b, 1, 7, 9)은 링(1a, 1b, 1, 7)이며, 제 2 재료(3)는 접촉 면(4a, 4b, 4c, 4)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 링(1a, 1b, 1, 7)은 내부 링(1a, 1) 또는 외부 링 (1b, 7)중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 부품.
- 롤링 베어링(13, 14, 16)은 적어도 내부 링(1a, 1), 외부 링(1b, 7) 및 복수의 롤링 요소(12, 15)를 포함하며, 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 베어링 부품(1a, 1b, 1, 7, 9)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 롤링 베어링.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 롤링 베어링(13, 14, 16)은 볼 베어링(13), 원통형 롤러 베어링(14), 구형 롤러 베어링, 환상체형 롤러 베어링, 테이퍼 롤러 베어링, 원뿔형 롤러 베어링, 니들 롤러 베어링, 스러스트 베어링, 휠 베어링(16), 피니언 베어링 또는 플랜지 베어링 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 롤링 베어링.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 베어링 부품(1a, 1b)을 포함하 는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩 베어링(19).
