Claims (8)
- Si와 Fe를, Fe/(Si+Fe)의 몰비가 0.0005 이상 0.15 이하의 범위 내에서 포함하는 증발 원료를 준비하는 공정과,상기 증발 원료를 용해하여 증발시켜, 집전체 상에 직접 또는 하지층을 사이에 두고 증착하는 공정을 포함하는 리튬 전지용 전극의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 증발 원료에서의 Fe/(Si+Fe)의 몰비는 0.0005 이상 0.06 이하인 리튬 전지용 전극의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 증발 원료에서의 Fe/(Si+Fe)의 몰비는 0.01 이상 0.06 이하인 리튬 전지용 전극의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 증착 공정을 산소 분위기 하에서 행하는 리튬 전지용 전극의 제조 방법.
- 집전체와,상기 집전체 상에 직접 또는 하지층을 사이에 두고 적층된 SiFeyOx(단, 0<x<2 또한 0.0001≤y/(1+y)≤0.03)로 이루어지는 음극 활물질막을 포함하는 리튬 전지용 전극.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,y/(1+y)의 값이 0.001 이상 0.03 이하인 리튬 전지용 전극.
- 청구항 5 또는 6에 기재된 리튬 전지용 전극으로 이루어지는 음극과,상기 음극에 대향하여 마련된 양극과,상기 음극과 상기 양극 사이에 마련된 세퍼레이터(separator)를 갖는 리튬 전지.
- Si와 Fe를, Fe/(Si+Fe)의 몰비가 0.0005 이상 0.15 이하의 범위 내에서 포함하는 증발 원료를 준비하는 공정과,상기 증발 원료를 용해하여 증발시켜, 집전체 상에 직접 또는 하지층을 사이에 두고 증착함으로써 음극을 제조하는 공정과,세퍼레이터를 준비하는 공정과,양극을 준비하는 공정과,상기 음극과 상기 양극 사이에 상기 세퍼레이터를 설치하는 공정을 포함하는 리튬 전지의 제조 방법.
