- 집전체상에, 실리콘과 산소를 포함한 활물질 전구체를 포함하는 층을 형성하는 공정(A), 및상기 활물질 전구체를 포함하는 층에 리튬을 증착시키면서, 상기 활물질 전구체를 포함하는 층을 50℃∼200℃로 가열하여, 상기 활물질 전구체와 리튬을 고상반응시켜, 활물질 LiaSiOx(식중, 0.5≤a-x≤1.1, 0.2≤x≤1.2이다)를 얻는 공정(B)를 포함하는 리튬이온 이차전지용 음극의 제조방법.
- 집전체상에, 실리콘과 산소를 포함한 활물질 전구체를 포함하는 층을 형성하는 공정(A), 및상기 활물질 전구체를 포함하는 층에 리튬을 증착시킨 후에, 상기 리튬을 증착시킨 활물질 전구체를 포함하는 층을 50℃∼200℃로 가열하여, 상기 활물질 전구체와 리튬을 고상반응시켜, 활물질 LiaSiOx(식중, 0.5≤a-x≤1.1, 0.2≤x≤1.2이다)를 얻는 공정(B)를 포함하는 리튬이온 이차전지용 음극의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬의 증착이, 증착법 또는 스퍼터법을 이용하여 이루어지는 리튬이온 이차전지용 음극의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 공정(B)에 있어서, 불활성 가스로 이루어지는 분위기중에서, 리튬을, 상기 활물질 전구체를 포함하는 층에 증착시키는 리튬이온 이차전지용 음극의 제조방법.
