Claims (11)
- 양극 활물질층을 구비하는 양극;음극 활물질층을 구비하는 음극;상기 양극과 상기 음극을 분리시키는 세퍼레이터를 포함하고,상기 세퍼페이터는 이온의 탈삽입이 가능한 세라믹 물질과 바인더에 의해 결합되어 이루어지는 다공막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 물질은 SiO, SnO, SnO2, PbO2, ZnO, P2O5, CuO, MoO, V2O5, B2O3, Si3N4, CeO2, Mn3O4, Sn2P2O7, Sn2B2O5, Sn2BPO6로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 또는 다수개의 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 물질의 함량은 상기 다공막 무게 대비 50 중량% 내지 95 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 바인더는 합성 고무계 라텍스형 바인더 또는 가교구조를 갖는 아크릴계 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 세퍼레이터는 폴리올레핀계 수지막을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 양극과, 음극과, 상기 두 전극을 격리시키는 세퍼레이터 및 전해액을 포함하는 이차 전지에 있어서,상기 세퍼레이터는 이온의 탈삽입이 가능한 세라믹 물질과 바인더에 의해 결합되어 이루어지는 다공막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 물질은 SiO, SnO, SnO2, PbO2, ZnO, P2O5, CuO, MoO, V2O5, B2O3, Si3N4, CeO2, Mn3O4, Sn2P2O7, Sn2B2O5, Sn2BPO6로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 또는 다수개의 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 물질의 함량은 상기 다공막 무게 대비 50 중량% 내지 95 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
