Claims (11)
- 그루브 구조(4)를 갖는 기록층(2)을 구비하는 광 기록 매체에 있어서,기록층(2)은 기록하기 위해 제 1 파장에서 감응적이고, 판독하기 위해 제 2 파장에서 감응적이며,상기 제 1 파장에서 그루브 구조(4)는 푸시-풀 신호를 생성하기에 충분히 큰 제 1 회절 차수의 회절 효율을 갖고, 상기 제 2 파장에서 영에 가까운 제 1 회절 차수의 회절 효율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 그루브 구조를 갖는 기록층을 구비하는 광 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 파장과 제 2 파장 사이의 차이는 약 50nm인, 그루브 구조를 갖는 기록층을 구비하는 광 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 파장은 약 405nm이고, 상기 제 2 파장은 약 650nm인, 그루브 구조를 갖는 기록층을 구비하는 광 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,그루브 구조(4)는 120nm 미만의 그루브 폭과 약 40nm의 그루브 깊이를 가지 는, 그루브 구조를 갖는 기록층을 구비하는 광 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,DVD형 매체인, 그루브 구조를 갖는 기록층을 구비하는 광 기록 매체.
- 제 2 파장 및 제 2 개구수를 이용하여 판독되려는 광 기록 매체 상에 기록하기 위한 광 픽업에 있어서,제 1 파장에서 광빔(6)을 생성하기 위한 광 소스와, 제 1 파장과 제 2 파장의 비와 곱해진 상기 제 2 개구수에 의해 주어진 개구수를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광 기록 매체 상에 기록하기 위한 광 픽업.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 파장과 제 2 파장 사이의 차이는 약 50nm인, 광 기록 매체 상에 기록하기 위한 광 픽업.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 파장은 약 405nm이고, 상기 제 2 파장은 약 650nm이며, 상기 조래 개수는 약 0.374인, 광 기록 매체 상에 기록하기 위한 광 픽업.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,푸시-풀 신호를 생성하기 위한 검출기 정면에 편광 필터를 추가로 구비하되, 상기 편광 필터는 광빔(6)의 TE 부분을 차단하는, 광 기록 매체 상에 기록하기 위한 광 픽업.
- 제 2 파장을 이용하여 판독되려는 광 기록 매체 상에 기록하기 위한 기록 디바이스에 있어서,제 6 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 광 픽업을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광 기록 매체 상에 기록하기 위한 광 픽업.
- 제 2 파장을 이용하여 판독되려는 광 기록 매체 상에 기록하기 위한 방법에 있어서,- 제 1 파장에서 광빔(6)을 생성하는 단계와,- 상기 제 1 파장에서 광빔(6)을 이용하여 상기 광 기록 매체 상에 기록하는 단계를 포함하는, 광 기록 매체 상에 기록하기 위한 방법.
