Claims (17)
- 적어도 수지, 용제 및 미세 입자를 포함하는 코팅 조성물을 기판에 도포하는 단계와,용제의 휘발 중에 유발되는 대류에 의해 코팅 층의 표면 내에 버나드 셀 구조를 형성하기 위해 상기 기판에 도포된 코팅 조성물을 건조하는 단계와,적절한 표면 파상도를 갖는 미세 불규칙부를 갖는 눈부심-방지 층을 형성하기 위해 형성된 버나드 셀 구조를 포함한 코팅 조성물 내에 함유된 수지를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하며,상기 눈부심-방지 층은 그 표면 상에 입사되는 확산된 광의 확산 반사 성분을 정량적으로 결정함으로써 측정될 때에 1.7 이하의 백색 탁도를 갖는 눈부심-방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 눈부심-방지 층은 상기 미세 입자의 평균 입자 직경 내지 상기 미세 입자의 평균 입자 직경의 3배의 범위 내의 건조된 평균 코팅 두께를 갖는 눈부심-방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세 입자는 유기 미세 입자이고,상기 유기 미세 입자의 표면 에너지와 상기 용제의 표면 장력 사이의 차이가 8 내지 13 mN/m인 눈부심-방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세 입자는 주로 스티렌으로 구성되고, 상기 용제는 23 mN/m 이하의 표면 장력을 갖는 눈부심-방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세 입자는 주로 아크릴-스티렌 공중합체로 구성되는 눈부심-방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴-스티렌 공중합체는 60 내지 90 질량%의 스티렌 성분과, 10 내지 40 질량%의 아크릴 성분을 포함하는 눈부심-방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 눈부심-방지 층은 4 내지 10%의 미세 입자에 대한 충전 비율을 갖는 눈부심-방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물 건조 단계에서, 상기 미세 입자는 상기 용제의 휘발 중에 유발되는 대류에 의해 주로 평면-내부 방향으로 응집되는 눈부심-방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 응집된 미세 입자는 상기 눈부심-방지 층의 표면에서 상기 수지로 덮이는 눈부심-방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 이온화 복사선-경화성 수지, 열경화성 수지 또는 이들의 혼합된 수지이고, 상기 코팅 조성물을 건조한 후에 액체 상태로 남아 있는 모노머, 올리고머 및 폴리머 중 적어도 1개를 함유하는 눈부심-방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 경화 단계에서, 상기 수지는 버나드 셀 구조가 표면 내에 형성된 상태에서 이온화 복사선 또는 가열에 의해 경화되는 눈부심-방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 눈부심-방지 층은 0.003 내지 0.05 ㎛의 제곱 평균 경사(RΔq)를 갖는 표면을 갖는 눈부심-방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세 입자는 수지로 덮이고, 상기 미세 입자는 상기 눈부심-방지 층의 표면으로부터 돌출하지 않는 눈부심-방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 경화 단계 후, 적어도 수지 및 용제를 포함하는 코팅 조성물을 상기 눈부심-방지 층에 도포하는 단계와,상기 눈부심-방지 층 상에 투명 수지 층을 형성하기 위해 상기 눈부심-방지 층에 도포된 코팅 조성물을 건조하고 경화시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 눈부심- 방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 눈부심-방지 층에 도포된 코팅 조성물은 입자 근처에서의 경사를 감소시키기 위해 상기 눈부심-방지 층의 표면 내의 돌출 부분을 덮는 눈부심-방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 눈부심-방지 층에 도포된 코팅 조성물 내에 함유된 수지는 건조된 후에 고체 상태로 변화되는 건조 경화 수지를 포함하는 눈부심-방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 눈부심-방지 층에 도포된 코팅 조성물 내에 함유된 수지는 이온화 복사선-경화성 또는 열경화성 모노머, 올리고머 및 폴리머 중 적어도 1개를 포함하고,투명 수지 형성 단계에서, 상기 수지는 이온화 복사 또는 가열에 의해 경화되는 눈부심-방지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
