Description
Claims (18)
- 사전축합되지 않거나 단지 최소한으로 사전축합 된 하나 또는 몇몇 실란이 반응물에 첨가되고, 이렇게 생산된 코팅 물질을 기질에 도포한 후 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 실란 코팅 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란(들)의 분자량이, 200보다 큰, 특히 300보다 큰, 바람직하게는 500보다 큰, 가장 바람직하게는 1000보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실란(들)이 수소 결합을 형성하는데 적절한 유기 측쇄에 분극 기를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란(들)의 증기압이 20℃에서 2 hPa보다 작은, 바람직하게는 1 hPa보다 작은, 그리고 가장 바람직하게는 0.5 hPa보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란(들)이 경화되기 전에 동종 또는 비동종의 실란 또는 유기 단량체, 올리고머 또는 중합체와 유기 가교결합 반응을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 무기 분자량보다 유기 분자량이 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물 함량이 최대 5 %, 바람직하게는 최대 1 %이고 가장 바람직하게는 물이 전혀 없이 반응이 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란(들)은 최대 5 %, 바람직하게는 1 % 사전가교결합되고, 가장 바람직하게는 무기적으로 사전가교결합되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응물로 20% 까지, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 50 중량%, 루이스 산 또는 루이스 염기가, 특히 전이 금속 착물, 염 또는 입자, 바람직하게는 마이크로- 또는 나노 입자의 형태로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 전이 금속 착물, 염 또는 입자가 바람직하게는 티타늄, 알루미늄, 주석 또는 지르코늄 착물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자, 특히 마이크로-, 준마이크로- 또는 나노 입자가 충진재로서 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용매, 특히 알코올, 아세테이트, 에테르 또는 반응 희석제 를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소광제, 결합 분산제(linkage dispersing agent), 소포제, 왁스, 살생물제, 보존제 또는 안료의 첨가를 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅 물질의 기질에의 습식 화학적 적용, 특히 분무, 침지, 플러딩, 롤링, 페인팅 또는 그 밖에 진공 증착에 의한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 기질이 금속, 합성, 세라믹, 락카, 직물 또는 천연 물질, 예를 들면 나무 또는 피혁, 유리, 광물질 또는 복합재 물질로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 코팅 물질이 실온부터 1200℃까지, 바람직하게는 실온부터 250℃까지의 온도에서 적용 후 경화되고, 경화가 바람직하게는 열적으로, 극초단파 복사 또는 UV 복사로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 실란 코팅.
- 내스크래치성, 내식성, 세정 용이성, 내지문성, 비반사성, 방담성, 스케일링 보호(scaling protection), 확산 장벽, 방사선 방호 코팅으로써, 또는 자가 세척, 항균, 항미생물, 마찰 및 친수성 코팅으로서의 제17항에 따른 코팅의 용도.
