Claims (20)
- 차량 서스펜션 부품을 차축에 연결하기 위한 차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드(axle clamp assembly top pad)로서,차축을 수용하기에 적합한 상부 면 및 하부 면을 갖는 베이스 부재;상기 베이스 부재의 상부 면으로부터 수직으로 연장하며 보어를 갖는 제 1 이어부(ear); 및상기 베이스 부재의 상부 면으로부터 수직으로 연장하는 상기 제 1 이어부로부터 이격되어 있으며 또한 보어를 가지는 제 2 이어부를 포함하고;상기 제 2 이어부는 평평한 상부 면을 가지며;상기 제 1 및 제 2 이어부의 보어들은 정렬되어 있고;상기 제 2 이어부는 상기 베이스 부재로부터 상기 평평한 상부 면을 향하여 상향으로 경사지게 연장하는 두 측면을 포함하고, 상기 평평한 상부 면은 차량 프레임 레일에 대한 차축의 과다한 수직 운동을 방지하기 위해 차량 프레임 레일에 장착된 차축 정지부를 선택적으로 타격하도록 구성되어 있는 차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 이어부는 제 1 거리를 수직으로 연장하고, 상기 제 2 이어부는 상기 제 1 거리보다 큰 제 2 거리를 수직으로 연장하는 차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 이어부는 실질적으로 평행한 차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 이어부는 실질적으로 사다리꼴형으로 형성되고, 상기 제 1 이어부는 실질적으로 삼각형 형상인 차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 이어부는 상기 제 1 이어부의 인보드(inboard)에 위치된 차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드.
- 차량 서스펜션 부품을 차축에 연결하기 위한 차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드로서,차축을 수용하기에 적합한 상부 면 및 하부 면을 갖는 베이스 부재;상기 베이스 부재의 상부 면으로부터 수직으로 연장하며 보어를 갖는 제 1 이어부; 및상기 베이스 부재의 상부 면으로부터 수직으로 연장하는 상기 제 1 이어부로부터 이격되어 있으며 또한 보어를 가지는 제 2 이어부를 포함하고;상기 제 2 이어부는 평평한 상부 면을 가지며;상기 제 1 및 제 2 이어부의 보어들은 정렬되어 있고;상기 제 2 이어부는 실질적으로 사다리꼴형으로 형성되고, 상기 제 1 이어부 는 실질적으로 삼각형 형상인 차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 이어부는 상기 제 1 이어부의 인보드에 위치된차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드.
- 차량 서스펜션 부품을 차축에 연결하기 위한 차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드로서,차축을 수용하기에 적합한 상부 면 및 하부 면을 갖는 베이스 부재;상기 베이스 부재의 상부 면으로부터 수직으로 연장하며 보어를 갖는 제 1 이어부; 및상기 베이스 부재의 상부 면으로부터 수직으로 연장하는 상기 제 1 이어부로부터 이격되어 있으며 또한 보어를 가지는 제 2 이어부를 포함하고;상기 제 2 이어부는 평평한 상부 면을 가지며;상기 제 1 및 제 2 이어부의 보어들은 정렬되어 있고;상기 제 2 이어부는 상기 제 1 이어부 보다 두꺼우며, 상기 평평한 상부 면은 차량 프레임 레일에 대한 차축의 과다한 운동을 방지하기 위해 차량 프레임 레일에 장착된 차축 정지부를 선택적으로 타격하도록 구성되어 있는 차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 이어부는 제 1 거리를 수직으로 연장하고, 상 기 제 2 이어부는 상기 제 1 거리보다 큰 제 2 거리를 수직으로 연장하는 차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 이어부는 실질적으로 평행한 차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 이어부는 실질적으로 사다리꼴형으로 형성되고, 상기 제 1 이어부는 실질적으로 삼각형 형상인 차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 이어부는 상기 제 1 이어부의 인보드에 위치된차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드.
- 차축으로부터 수직으로 이격되어 있는 차축 프레임에 대해 차축의 과다한 수직 운동을 방지하기 위한 서스펜션 조립체로서,상기 서스펜션 조립체는, 차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드와, 차축 정지부를 구비하고,상기 차축 클램프 조립체 탑 패드는, 베이스 부재의 외부 단부에 있는 외측 홈과 내부 단부에 있는 내측 홈을 가지며, 상기 차축에 착좌되기에 적합한 하부 면을 갖는 베이스 부재와; 보어 및 평평한 상부 면을 갖는 수직 연장 인보드 이어부(inboard ear); 및 상기 인보드 이어부로부터 이격되어 있으며 보어를 갖는 수직 연장 아웃보드 이어부(outboard ear)를 포함하고, 상기 인보드 및 아웃보드 이어부들은 상기 내측 홈과 외측 홈 사이에 배치되며, 차량 서스펜션 부품을 수용하기 위해 구성로 된 채널을 이어부들 사이에 형성하고, 상기 인보드 이어부는 상기 내측 홈에 인접하게 배치되며, 상기 아웃보드 이어부는 상기 외측 홈에 인접하게 배치되고, 상기 인보드 및 아웃보드 이어부들은 상기 차량 서스펜션 부품을 상기 탑 패드에 체결하기 위해 상기 인보드 및 아웃보드 보어들 및 차량 서스펜션 부품을 통과하여 삽입된 패스너를 수용하도록 정렬되고;상기 차축 정지부는 프레임 장착판 및 상기 프레임 장착판으로부터 돌출하는 하부 타격판을 포함하고, 상기 하부 타격판은 그 하부 타격면이 상기 탑 패드 인보드 이어부의 평평한 상부 면과 정렬되는 위치에 놓이도록 구성되어 있는 서스펜션 조립체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 아웃보드 이어부는 제 1 거리로 수직으로 연장하고, 상기 인보드 이어부는 상기 제 1 거리보다 큰 제 2 거리로 수직으로 연장하는 서스펜션 조립체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 인보드 및 아웃보드 이어부들은 실질적으로 평행한 서스펜션 조립체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 인보드 이어부는 상기 베이스 부재로부터 상기 평 평한 상부 면을 향하여 위로 경사지게 연장하는 두 측면을 포함하고, 상기 평평한 상부 면은 차량 프레임 레일에 대한 차축의 과다한 수직 운동을 방지하기 위해 상기 차축 정지부의 하부 타격면을 선택적으로 타격하도록 구성되어 있는 서스펜션 조립체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 인보드 이어부는 실질적으로 사다리꼴 형상으로 되고, 상기 아웃보드 이어부는 실질적으로 삼각형 형상인 서스펜션 조립체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 차량 서스펜션 부품은 제어봉인 서스펜션 조립체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 인보드 이어부는 그 인보드 측면에 배치된 리세스를 포함하는 서스펜션 조립체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 인보드 이어부는 상기 아웃보드 이어부 보다 두꺼운 서스펜션 조립체.
