Claims (3)
- 휠 축(10)의 상부면 중앙부에 중앙부가 회전 가능하도록 연결되는 A암(17)의 양측 끝단부를 하부 프레임(12)의 내측면 일측에 회전 가능하도록 연결하는 A암 브래킷(18)과, 서포트 빔(11)의 하부면 일측단에 양측단이 연결되는 스테빌라이져 링크(15)의 양측 끝단부를 하부 프레임(12)의 외측면에 회전 가능하도록 연결하는 행거 브래킷(16)을 포함하여 구성된 에어 스프링을 이용한 대형 차량용 현가장치에 있어서,상기 A암 브래킷(18)은, 평판 형태로 형성되어 상, 하단부에 고정 홀(180a)이 일정 간격으로 천공 형성된 고정판(180); 상기 고정판(180)의 일측면 중앙부 양측에 형성되어 상기 고정판(180)을 하부 프레임(12)의 내측면 일측에 가 고정 볼트(183)에 의해 가 고정시킬 수 있도록 하는 가 고정 홀(181); 및 상기 고정판(180)의 타측면 중앙부 일측에 'ㄷ'자 형상으로 돌출 형성되어 양측 끝단부에 고정 홀이 형성되어 상기 A암 회전축의 양측 끝단부를 고정부재에 의해 고정할 수 있도록 하는 A암 고정구(182); 로 구성되며,상기 행거 브래킷(16)은, 평판 형태로 형성되어 상기 A암 브래킷(18)의 고정 홀(180a)과 대응되도록 다수개의 고정 홀(160a)이 일정간격 이격되어 천공 형성된 고정판(160); 상기 고정 홀(160a)과 대응되도록 상기 고정판(160)의 일측면에 일정간격 이격되어 돌출 형성된 다수개의 고정 슬롯(161); 상기 A암 브래킷(18)의 가 고정 홀(181)과 대응되도록 상기 고정판(160)의 타측면 중앙부 양측에 형성되어 가 고정 볼트(183)의 머리가 삽입되는 볼트머리 수용 홈(162); 상기 고정판(160)의 하부면 중앙부에 상기 고정판(160)의 하부 방향으로 역 'Y'자 형상으로 연장 형성된 고정 레그(163); 상기 고정 레그(163)의 하단부 양측 끝단에 형성되어 스테빌라이져 링크 회전축(150)의 양측 끝단부를 고정부재(167)에 의해 고정시킬 수 있도록 하는 체결 슬롯(164); 으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 스프링을 이용한 대형 차량용 현가장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 행거 브래킷(16)의 체결 슬롯(164)의 일측면 상단부에는 볼트 회전 방지 턱(165)이 더 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 스프링을 이용한 대형 차량용 현가장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 행거 브래킷(16)의 체결 슬롯(164)의 중앙부에는 회전축 삽입 홈(166)이 더 형성되며, 상기 회전축 삽입 홈(166)을 중심으로 일측에 위치한 체결 슬롯의 내주면에는 나사산이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 스프링을 이용한 대형 차량용 현가장치.
