Claims (6)
- 용접 전 핵연료집합체용 지지격자의 외부에 끼워지는 용접치구;중공의 형상으로 일측면이 개방된 챔버;상기 챔버 내에 구비되며, 일정방향으로 회전하는 판 형상의 제1용접회전판; 및상기 제1용접회전판 상부면에 장착되어 제1용접회전판과 함께 일정방향으로 회전하면서, 제1용접회전판의 회전방향과 직각방향으로 회전하며, 상부면에 상기 용접치구와 결합된 지지격자가 장착되는 판 형상의 제2용접회전판;상기 챔버가 부착되는 용접장치 본체의 상부에 위치하여 레이저를 공급하는 레이저공급장치, x축직선운동장치, y축직선운동장치, z축직선운동장치 및 상기 z축직선운동장치에 부착되어 있는 집광헤드를 포함하되,상기 제2용접회전판 위에 위치하며, 상기 절개부에 용접치구가 끼워진 지지격자가 장착되는 홀더와를 더 구비하고,상기 집광헤드는 x축, y축 또는 z축 중 어느 한 축을 기준으로 회전이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 핵연료집합체 지지격자의 신개념 레이저용접장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1용접회전판에는 상기 홀더가 상기 제2용접회전판 상부면에 장착 될 때, 제2용접회전판에 고정시키기 위한 클램핑실린더가 더 구비된것을 특징으로 하는 핵연료집합체 지지격자의 신개념 레이저용접장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 홀더는 원형의 판형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵연료집합체 지지격자의 신개념 레이저용접장치.
- 중공의 내부에 용접치구가 장착되는 지지격자를 수용하는 챔버;상기 챔버가 부착되고 용접장치 본체의 상부에 위치하여 x,y,z축을 따라 직선운동을 하는 x축직선운동장치, y축직선운동장치, z축직선운동장치;상기 챔버의 개방된 일측면에 장착되고, 절개부가 형성되어진 개폐판;상기 절개부의 세로방향 양 측에는 판과 수직하여 부착되고, 세로방향으로 절개부가 형성된 개폐레일;판의 형태로 상기 개폐판에 형성된 절개부 면적 이상의 면적을 갖는 덮개;일측은 상기 덮개와 연결되고, 타측은 상기 개폐레일의 절개부와 연결되는 결합부재;일측은 상기 덮개에 장착되고, 타측은 개폐판에 장착되며, 종방향으로 위치하여, 피스톤 운동을 통해 상기 덮개의 상하 움직임을 유발하는 개폐봉;상기 z축직선운동장치와 연결되어 x축, y축 또는 z축 중 어느 한 축을 기준으로 회전이 가능한 집광헤드;를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 핵연료집합체 지지격자의 신개념 레이저용접장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 개폐레일의 상부에는 상기 개폐판 쪽으로 절개 홈이 형성되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵연료집합체 지지격자의 신개념 레이저용접장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 개폐봉은 개폐판과의 연결부분이 힌지 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵연료집합체 지지격자의 신개념 레이저용접장치.
