Claims (6)
- 용접 전 핵연료집합체용 지지격자의 외부에 끼워지는 용접치구;중공의 형상으로 일측면이 개방된 챔버;상기 챔버 내에 구비되며, 일정방향으로 회전하는 판 형상의 제1용접회전판;상기 제1용접회전판 상부면에 장착되어 제1용접회전판과 함께 일정방향으로 회전하면서, 회전축이 제1용접회전판의 회전축과 직각방향으로 회전하는 판 형상의 제2용접회전판;중앙에 형성된 절개부에 용접치구가 끼워진 지지격자가 장착되어 상기 제2용접회전판 상부면에 안착되는 홀더; 및,클램핑실린더에 의해 회전되어 상기 제2용접회전판의 상부에 안착된 홀더의 상부면의 측부를 가압하는 것에 의해 상기 제1용접회전판을 고정시키는 상부바를 구비한 클램핑실린더;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접치구 자동 장입 및 인출장치.

- 용접 전 핵연료집합체용 지지격자의 외부에 끼워지는 용접치구;중공의 내부에 지지격자가 고정된 용접치구를 수용하는 챔버;상기 챔버 내에 구비되며, 일정방향으로 회전하는 판 형상의 제1용접회전판;상기 제1용접회전판 상부면에 장착되어 제1용접회전판과 함께 일정방향으로 회전하면서, 회전축이 제1용접회전판의 회전축과 직각방향으로 회전하는 판 형상의 제2용접회전판;중앙에 형성된 절개부에 용접치구가 끼워진 지지격자가 장착되어 상기 제2용접회전판 상부면에 안착되는 홀더;상기 제2용접회전판의 상부에 안착된 홀더의 상부면의 측부를 상기 제1용접회전판으로 가압하여 고정하도록 회전되는 상부바를 구비한 클램핑실린더;상기 챔버의 개방된 일측면에 장착되고, 개방부와 상기 개방부의 세로방향 양 측에 형성된 개폐레일을 포함하는 개폐판;상기 개방부의 세로방향 양 측에는 판과 수직하여 부착되고, 세로방향으로 레일홈이 형성된 개폐레일;판의 형태로 상기 개폐판에 형성된 개방부 면적 이상의 면적을 갖는 덮개;일 측은 상기 덮개와 연결되고, 타측은 상기 개폐레일에 연결되는 결합부재;및,일측은 상기 덮개에 장착되고, 타측은 개폐판에 장착되며, 종방향으로 위치하여, 피스톤 운동을 통해 상기 덮개의 상하 움직임을 유발하는 개폐봉;을 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 용접치구 자동 장입 및 인출 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 개폐레일의 상부에는 상기 개폐판 쪽으로 절개 홈이 형성되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접치구 자동 장입 및 인출 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 개폐봉은 개폐판과의 연결부분이 힌지 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접치구 자동 장입 및 인출 장치.
