Claims (2)
- 용접장치 본체의 상부에 위치하여 레이저를 공급하는 레이저공급장치,직육면체 형상이며 상부면에는 길이방향으로 걸림턱(212)이 형성되고, 상기 걸림턱에 끼워지며 상부면에는 상기 걸림턱(212)와 직교하는 방향으로 두 개의 y축 레일(216)이 형성된 x축이동판(214)이 상기 걸림턱(212)을 따라 좌우로 이동하는 x축직선운동장치, 직육면체 형상이며 하부면이 상기 y축레일에 끼워져 전후로 이동하며, 길이방향 일단에는 세로방향으로 세워진 지지판(222)이 형성되고, 상기 지지판에는 세로방향으로 두 개의 z축레일이 형성된 y축직선운동장치, 직육면체 형상이며 상기 z축레일에 끼워지고 z축서보모터(232)와 타이밍벨트(234)로 연결되어 상하로 이동하는 z축직선운동장치,및상기 z축직선운동장치에 부착되어 있는 집광헤드를 포함하되,상기 집광헤드는 x축, y축 또는 z축 중 어느 한 축을 기준으로 회전이 가능하며,상기 집광헤드는 고정헤드(247)에 의해 z축직선운동장치와 연결되며, 상기 고정헤드에 구비된 서보모터(243)의 구동력을 베벨감속기어(244), 브라켓(245), 커플링(246), 브라켓(245), 베어링하우징(242)을 차례로 연결하여 집광헤드로 전달하여 집광헤드를 구동하며,상기 집광헤드와 레이저공급장치는 광화이버로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지지격자용 다축 레이저 용접헤드.
