Claims (41)
- 제1 폴리락트산과 하나 이상의 알콜을 용융 배합하여 폴리락트산을 가알콜분해 반응시킴을 포함하고, 가알콜분해 반응에 의해, ASTM 시험방법 D1238-E에 따라 2160g의 하중 및 190℃의 온도에서 결정하였을 때, 제1 폴리락트산의 용융유동 지수보다 큰 용융유동 지수를 갖는 개질된 제2 폴리락트산이 생성되는, 섬유 형성에 사용하기 위한 생분해성 중합체를 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 폴리락트산의 용융유동 지수 대 제1 폴리락트산의 용융유동 지수의 비가 약 1.5 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 폴리락트산의 용융유동 지수 대 제1 폴리락트산의 용융유동 지수의 비가 약 10 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 190℃의 온도 및 1000초-1의 전단율에서 결정하였을 때, 제1 폴리락트산의 겉보기 점도 대 제2 폴리락트산의 겉보기 점도의 비가 약 1.1 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 190℃의 온도 및 1000초-1의 전단율에서 결정하였을 때, 제 1 폴리락트산의 겉보기 점도 대 제2 폴리락트산의 겉보기 점도의 비가 약 2 이상인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 폴리락트산의 수평균 분자량이 약 10,000 내지 약 105,000g/몰이고, 중량평균 분자량이 약 20,000 내지 약 140,000g/몰인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 폴리락트산의 수평균 분자량이 약 30,000 내지 약 90,000g/몰이고, 중량평균 분자량이 약 50,000 내지 약 100,000g/몰인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 폴리락트산의 다분산도가 약 1.1 내지 약 2.0인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 폴리락트산의 용융유동 지수가 약 10 내지 약 1000g/10분인 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 190℃의 온도 및 1000초-1의 전단율에서 결정하였을 때, 제2 폴리락트산의 겉보기 점도가 약 10 내지 약 100파스칼·초인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 폴리락트산이 알킬 기, 히드록시알킬 기 또는 이들의 혼합 기로 종결되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 폴리락트산이 L-락트산, D-락트산, 메조-락트산 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 유도된 단량체 단위를 함유하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 제1 폴리락트산이 L-락트산으로부터 유도된 단량체 단위 및 D-락트산으로부터 유도된 단량체 단위를 함유하는 공중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알콜이 제1 폴리락트산의 중량을 기준으로 약 0.1 내지 약 20중량%의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알콜이 제1 폴리락트산의 중량을 기준으로 약 0.5 내지 약 5중량%의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알콜이 1가 알콜인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알콜이 다가 알콜인 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 알콜이 2가 알콜인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가알콜분해 반응을 촉진하기 위하여 촉매가 사용되는 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 가알콜분해 반응이 공용매의 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융 배합이 약 60 내지 약 300℃의 온도 및 약 100초-1 내지 약 10,000초-1의 겉보기 전단율에서 일어나는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융 배합이 약 150 내지 약 220℃의 온도 및 약 800초-1 내지 약 1200초-1의 겉보기 전단율에서 일어나는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융 배합이 압출기내에서 일어나는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 폴리락트산이 용융취입 다이(die)를 통하여 압출되는 방법.
- 알킬 기, 히드록시알킬 기, 또는 이들의 혼합 기로 종결되는 생분해성 폴리 락트산을 포함하고, ASTM 시험방법 D1238-E에 따라 2160g의 하중 및 190℃의 온도에서 결정하였을 때, 상기 폴리락트산의 용융유동 지수가 10 내지 약 1000g/10분인 섬유.
- 제30항에 있어서, 폴리락트산의 용융유동 지수가 약 100 내지 약 800g/10분인 섬유.
- 제30항에 있어서, 190℃의 온도 및 1000초-1의 전단율에서 결정하였을 때, 폴리락트산의 겉보기 점도가 약 5 내지 약 250파스칼·초인 섬유.
- 제30항에 있어서, 190℃의 온도 및 1000초-1의 전단율에서 결정하였을 때, 폴리락트산의 겉보기 점도가 약 10 내지 약 100파스칼·초인 섬유.
- 제30항에 있어서, 폴리락트산의 수평균 분자량이 약 10,000 내지 약 105,000g/몰이고, 중량평균 분자량이 약 20,000 내지 약 140,000g/몰인 섬유.
