Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- 자동변속기의 내부에서 동력을 선택적으로 전달하는 클러치 시스템에 있어서,상기 동력에 의하여 회전하는 입력되는 회전축;상기 회전축의 외부에 상기 회전축의 축방향으로 이동하도록 배치되는 적어도 하나의 플레이트;상기 적어도 하나의 플레이트 사이에 배치되고, 상기 회전축의 축방향으로 이동되도록 고정되며, 그 반경 방향으로 적어도 하나의 굴곡을 형성하는 적어도 하나의 디스크; 및상기 플레이트와 상기 디스크 사이에 마찰력이 발생되도록 상기 디스크에 상기 회전축 방향으로 힘을 인가하는 피스톤;을 포함하는 클러치 시스템.
- 제1항에서,상기 회전축과 일체로 회전하도록 배치되며, 상기 적어도 하나의 디스크가 상기 회전축의 축방향으로 이동되도록 상기 디스크와 결합되는 허브를 더 포함하는 클러치 시스템.
- 제2항에서,상기 허브에는, 자동 변속기 오일(ATF: Automatic Transmission Fluid)가 유입되는 적어도 하나의 오일 홀이 형성되는 클러치 시스템.
- 제3항에서,상기 플레이트의 외부에는 리테이너(retainer)가 위치하며,상기 리테이너에는, 상기 자동 변속기 오일이 배출되는 배출홀이 형성되는 클러치 시스템.
