Claims (12)
- 플레이크형상의 외부 피브릴을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로스를 주체로 섬유형상 물질.
- 분자량 1만 이상의 염료가 흡착 가능한 미크로피브릴 집합체를 외부 피브릴로서 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로스를 주체로 하는 섬유형상 물질.
- 폭 3㎛ 이상이고, 또한 두께가 9 nm 내지 2 ㎛인 미크로피브릴 집합체를 외부 피브릴로서 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로스를 주체로 하는 섬유형상물질.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,섬유형상 물질이 침엽수, 활엽수 및 이것들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 화학 펄프 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로스를 주체로 하는 섬유형상 물질.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,섬유형상 물질이 침엽수, 활엽수 및 이것들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 기계 펄프 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로스를 주체로 하는 섬유형상 물질.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,섬유형상 물질이 헌 종이 유래의 재생 펄프 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로스를 주체로 하는 섬유형상 물질.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,섬유형상 물질이 비목재 펄프 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로스를 주체로 하는 섬유형상 물질.
- 캐나다 표준 여수도(Y)와 보수도(X)의 관계가 수학식 3으로 근사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로스를 주체로 하는 섬유형상 물질.[수학식 3]Y = aX + b (단, -0.22 ≤ a ≤ -0.01, 150 ≤ b ≤ 300)
- 하기 수학식 1로 나타내는 외부 피브릴부분의 면적율이 20% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로스를 주체로 하는 섬유형상 물질.[수학식 1]외부 피브릴부분의 면적율(%) = [(외부 피브릴부분의 면적)/(외부 피브릴부분의 면적 + 섬유면적)] × 100
- 하기 수학식 2로 나타내는 외부 피브릴부분의 주위 길이율이 1.5 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로스를 주체로 하는 섬유형상 물질.[수학식 2]외부 피브릴부분의 주위 길이율 = (외부 피브릴부분의 주위 길이 + 섬유의 전체 주위 길이)/(섬유의 전체 주위 길이)
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,섬유형상 물질의 현탁액 중에 캐비테이션에 의하여 기포를 발생시키고, 상기 기포를 섬유형상 물질에 접촉시켜 처리함으로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 셀룰로스를 주체로 하는 섬유형상 물질.
- 제 1항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 셀룰로스를 주체로 하는 섬유형상 물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 종이.
