Claims (9)
- (A) 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 알콕시실란 및 그의 부분 가수분해 축합물로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 가수분해 및 축합하여 얻어진 실리콘 수지, 또는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 알콕시실란과 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 디알콕시실란과의 조합 및 상기 조합의 부분 가수분해 축합물로부터 선택되는 하나 이상을 가수분해 및 축합하여 얻어진 실리콘 수지,(B) 소수성 실리카 미립자,(C) 경화 촉매 및(D) 용제를 함유하는 내찰상성 코팅 조성물.<화학식 1>(R1)mSi(OR2)4-m(식 중, R1은 독립적으로 수소 원자, 또는 치환 또는 비치환의 1가 탄화수소기이고, R2는 탄소 원자수 1 내지 3의 알킬기이며, m은 독립적으로 0 또는 1임)<화학식 2>(R1)2Si(OR2)2(식 중, R1 및 R2는 각각 상기한 바와 같음)
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (B)가 표면에 (R3)3SiO1 /2 단위(식 중, R3은 동일 또는 상이하고, 치환 또는 비치환의 탄소 원자수 1 내지 20의 1가 탄화수소기임)를 갖는 실리카 미립자인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 입경이 50 % 부피 평균 직경으로 30 내지 500 nm인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (A)의 실리콘 수지 100 질량부에 대하여 성분 (B)의 소수성 실리카 미립자가 1 내지 100 질량부인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분 (B)의 소수성 실리카 미립자가 하기 공정을 거쳐 제조되는 소수성 실리카 미립자인 조성물.(I) Si(OR4)4(R4는 동일 또는 상이한 탄소 원자수 1 내지 6의 1가 탄화수소기)로 표시되는 4관능성 실란 화합물 및/또는 그의 부분 가수분해물을 염기성 물질을 포함하는 친수성 유기 용매와 물과의 혼합액 중에서 가수분해, 축합함으로써 실리카 미립자 분산액을 얻는 공정,(II) 얻어진 실리카 미립자 분산액에 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 3관능성 실란 화합물 또는 그의 부분 가수분해 생성물, 또는 이들 혼합물을 첨가하여 실리카 미립자 표면을 이에 따라 처리함으로써, 실리카 미립자 표면에 R5SiO3 /2 단위를 도입하고, 이와 같이 해서 처리된 실리카 분산액을 얻는 공정,(III) 얻어진 실리카 분산액에 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 실라잔 화합물, 하기 화학식 5로 표시되는 1관능성 실란 화합물, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 첨가하고, 이에 따라 상기 실리카 미립자를 처리하여 실리카 미립자 표면에 (R3)3SiO1 /2 단위를 도입하는 공정.<화학식 3>R5Si(OR6)3(R5는 치환 또는 비치환의 탄소 원자수 1 내지 20의 탄화수소기, R6은 동일 또는 상이한 탄소 원자수 1 내지 6의 1가 탄화수소기)<화학식 4>(R3)3SiNHSi(R3)3<화학식 5>(R3)3SiX(여기서, R3은 치환 또는 비치환의 탄소 원자수 1 내지 20의 1가 탄화수소기이고, X는 OH기 또는 가수분해성기임)
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (C)가 제4급 암모늄염인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 성분 (A)의 실리콘 수지의 겔 투과 크로마토그래피(GPC)에 의한 중량 평균 분자량(폴리스티렌 표준)이 2,000 이상 50,000 이하인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 중 물 함유량이 컬피셔법에 의한 측정으로 10 질량% 이하인 조성물.
- 기재와, 상기 기재 표면의 적어도 일부의 면에 직접 또는 1종 이상의 다른 층을 개재시켜 형성된 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 코팅 조성물의 경화 피막을 포함하여 이루어지는 피복 물품.
