Claims (18)
- 탄성중합체 본체;상기 본체로 형성되는 적어도 하나의 치부(tooth);상기 적어도 하나의 치부의 외주 표면을 따라 배치되고 0.5 mm 내지 약 0.8 mm 범위의 압축된 재킷 두께를 갖는 재킷; 및상기 본체에 내장되고 소정의 코드 직경을 갖는 적어도 하나의 코드를 포함하며,상기 적어도 하나의 코드와 상기 재킷은 1.8 미만의 상기 코드 직경 대 상기 재킷 두께의 비를 갖고,상기 코드 직경과 상기 재킷 두께는 약 1.2 mm 이하의 광학적 벨트 PLD를 형성하는 것인 치형 벨트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 코드는 탄소, PBO, 혼성물로부터 선택되는 섬유 재료로 제조되고, 상기 혼성물은 탄소, 유리, 아라미드, 및 PBO로 부터 선택되는 적어도 둘로 이루어지는 것인 치형 벨트.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 벨트는 0.85 mm 내지 약 1.1 mm의 범위에 있는 광학적 PLD를 갖는 것인 치형 벨트.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 벨트는 설계 PLD를 갖는 풀리와 맞물릴 수 있고, 상기 벨트 PLD는 상기 설계 PLD보다 약 0.09 mm 내지 약 0.51 mm 만큼 더 큰 것인 치형 벨트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 코드는 탄소 섬유를 포함하고, 상기 코드 직경은 약 0.5 mm 내지 약 0.95 mm의 범위에 있는 것인 치형 벨트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 코드는 복수의 유리섬유가 주위에 배치되는 중심 탄소 섬유 코어로 제조되는 것인 치형 벨트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 코드는 12K-1, 6K-2, 3K-4, 6K-1, 3K-1, 및 3K-2로부터 선택되는 탄소 섬유 구조로 이루어지는 것인 치형 벨트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 재킷은 약 0.57 mm 내지 약 0.75 mm의 압축된 두께를 갖는 것인 치형 벨트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 코드 직경은 0.85 mm 보다 크거나, 약 1.5 보다 작은 상기 코드 직경 대 상기 재킷 두께의 비를 갖거나, 양자 모두인 것인 치형 벨트.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 코드는 탄소, PBO, 아라미드, 유리, 고강도 유리, 및 이들의 혼성물로부터 선택되는 섬유 재료를 포함하는 것인 치형 벨트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 코드 직경 대 상기 재킷 두께의 비는 약 1.5 미만인 것인 치형 벨트.
- 청구항 11에 있어서, 상기 코드는 탄소, PBO, 아라미드, 유리, 고강도 유리, 및 이들의 혼성물로부터 선택되는 섬유 재료를 포함하는 것인 치형 벨트.
- 소정의 설계 PLD를 갖고, 적어도 구동부 및 종동 풀리와, 상기 풀리와 맞물려 구동하는 치형 벨트를 포함하는 동기 구동 어셈블리로서,상기 치형 벨트는탄성중합체 벨트 본체;소정의 직경을 갖는 인장 코드;소정의 압축된 두께를 갖는 재킷; 및광학적 벨트 PLD를 포함하고,상기 벨트 PLD 대 상기 설계 PLD의 비는 약 1.2 내지 약 1.75의 범위 내에 있으며,상기 코드 직경 대 상기 재킷 두께의 비는 약 0.7 내지 약 1.7의 범위 내에 있는 것인 동기 구동 어셈블리.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 벨트 PLD 대 상기 설계 PLD의 비는 1.24 내지 약 1.75의 범위 내에 있고,상기 코드 직경 대 상기 재킷 두께의 비는 약 0.7 부터 약 1.5 미만의 범위에 있는 것인 동기 구동 어셈블리.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 벨트 PLD 대 상기 설계 PLD의 비는 1.24 내지 약 1.6의 범위에 있고,상기 코드 직경 대 상기 재킷 두께의 비는 약 1.0 부터 약 1.5 미만의 범위에 있는 것인 동기 구동 어셈블리.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 코드는 탄소, PBO, 아라미드, 유리, 고강도 유리, 및 이들의 혼성물로부터 선택되는 섬유 재료를 포함하는 것인 동기 구동 어셈블리.
- 청구항 13에 있어서, 상기 코드는 탄소, PBO, 및 혼성물로부터 선택되는 섬유 재료를 포함하고, 상기 혼성물은 탄소, 유리, 아라미드, 및 PBO로부터 선택되는 적어도 둘로 이루어지는 것인 동기 구동 어셈블리.
