Claims (12)
- 전동차량에 탑재된 전원장치에 있어서,축전장치;상기 축전장치로부터 차량 외부의 부하로의 전력공급과 상기 부하로부터 상기 축전장치로의 충전 중 하나 이상이 실행가능하도록 구성된 전력변환장치; 및상기 전원장치의 절연 저항의 저하를 검출하기 위한 검출수단을 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 검출수단은, 상기 부하가 상기 전력변환장치에 연결되는 경우, 상기 절연 저항의 저하를 검출하기 위한 판정임계값을 상기 전력변환장치에 대한 상기 부하의 비연결상태에서의 판정임계값보다 낮은 값으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부하가 상기 전력변환장치에 연결될 때의 판정임계값은 상기 부하의 용량을 토대로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부하가 상기 전력변환장치에 연결되는 경우, 상기 검출수단은 상기 절연 저항의 저하를 확정하기 위한 판정시간을 상기 비연결상태에서의 판정시간보다 짧은 시간으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부하가 상기 전력변환장치에 연결되는 경우에 상기 절연 저항의 저하가 검출될 때, 상기 전동차량의 시스템을 차단하기 위한 수단을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부하는 상기 전력변환장치에 연결된 전력선 쌍과 그라운드 간에 연결된 라인-바이패스 캐패시터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 검출수단은,사전설정된 저항값을 갖는 저항소자,상기 저항소자와 차량그라운드 간에 연결되어, 사전설정된 주파수를 갖는 전압을 발생시키는 전압발생장치,상기 저항소자와 상기 전원장치의 전력선 간에 연결된 용량소자,상기 저항소자와 상기 용량소자 간의 전압을 검출하는 전압검출장치,상기 판정임계값을 설정하는 설정유닛, 및상기 전압검출장치에 의해 검출된 전압과 상기 설정유닛에 의해 설정된 판정 임계값을 토대로, 상기 절연 저항의 저하를 판정하는 판정유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전력변환장치는,성형결선형 다상권선을 고정자권선으로 각각 구비한 제1 및 제2 AC전동기,상기 제1 및 제2 AC전동기에 각각 대응하여 제공되어, 상기 축전장치와 전력을 주고 받는 제1 및 제2 인버터,상기 제1 및 제2 인버터를 제어하는 인버터제어장치, 및상기 축전장치로부터 상기 부하로의 전력공급과 상기 부하로부터 상기 축전장치로의 충전 중 하나가 행해질 때, 상기 다상권선의 중성점에 상기 부하를 연결시키기 위한 연결장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 전원장치를 탑재한 것을 특징으로 하는 전동차량.
- 전동차량에 탑재된 전원장치를 제어하는 방법에 있어서,상기 전원장치는,축전장치,상기 축전장치로부터 차량 외부의 부하로의 전력공급과 상기 부하로부터 상 기 축전장치로의 충전 중 하나 이상이 실행가능하도록 구성된 전력변환장치; 및상기 전원장치의 절연 저항의 저하를 검출하기 위한 검출수단을 포함하고,상기 제어방법은,상기 부하가 상기 전력변환장치에 연결되었는지의 여부를 판정하는 제1단계; 및상기 부하가 상기 전력변환장치에 연결된 것으로 판정되는 경우, 상기 절연 저항의 저하를 검출하기 위한 판정임계값을 상기 전력변환장치에 대한 상기 부하의 비연결상태에서의 판정임계값보다 낮은 값으로 설정하는 제2단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원장치의 제어방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 부하가 상기 전력변환장치에 연결될 때의 판정임계값은 상기 부하의 용량을 토대로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원장치의 제어방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 부하가 상기 전력변환장치에 연결되는 경우, 상기 절연 저항의 저하를 확정하기 위한 판정시간을 상기 비연결상태에서의 판정시간보다 짧은 시간으로 설정하는 제3단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원장치의 제어방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 부하가 상기 전력변환장치에 연결되는 경우에 상기 검출장치가 상기 절연 저항의 저하를 검출할 때, 상기 전동차량의 시스템을 차단하는 제4단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원장치의 제어방법.
