Claims (30)
- 발광구조체(100, 110, 200, 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, 510, 600, 700, 710, 800, 810, 900, 910, 1000, 1010)로서,- 자외선(UV) 및/또는 가시광선 범위 내에서 방사선을 방사할 수 있는 하나 이상의 발광 다이오드(3, 3', 3a 내지 3c)와;- 주면(11, 12)과, 에지(13)와, 상기 발광 다이오드를 수용하는 구멍(2, 2', 2'')을 포함하는 평면 유리소자(1)와;- 상기 발광 다이오드에 연결되어 있고 열을 제거하기 위하여 상기 유리소자에 결합된 금속소자(4, 4', 4'', 450);를 포함하고,상기 금속소자는 전기적 연결소자(4, 4', 4'') 및/또는 상기 구멍에 상기 발광 다이오드를 고정하는 고정소자(4, 4', 4'', 450)에서 선택되는 발광구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속소자(450)는 상기 구멍을 형성하는 주면 및/또는 에지 및/또는 측벽 중 하나 이상과 직접 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(310).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,전극(51, 51', 51'', 52, 52', 52'')과, 전원 공급 부재(51'a 내지 51'c) 및 거울 또는 장식으로 된 하나 이상의 층 및/또는 하나 이상의 와이어를 가지는 기능소자가 상기 유리소자(1)와 상기 금속소자(4, 4', 4'') 사이에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(100, 110, 200, 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, 510, 600, 700, 710, 800, 810, 900, 910, 1000, 1010).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 금속소자(4, 4', 4'', 450)는 상기 구멍에 결합되거나 같은 높이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(100, 110, 200, 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, 510, 600, 700, 710, 800, 810, 900, 910, 1000, 1010).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 금속소자(4, 4', 4'', 450)는 T-형상, E-형상 또는 L-형상 단면을 가지는 일체형 부품이거나 L-형상 단면의 이분형 부품(41, 42, 451, 452)이고, 상기 일체형 부품 또는 이분형 부품의 두께는 0.2 mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(100, 110, 200, 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, 510, 600, 700, 710, 800, 810, 900, 910, 1000, 1010).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고정소자(4'')인 상기 금속소자는 지지 측면형상을 가지는 선택된 구멍(2'')에서 스스로 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(1000,1010).
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고정소자인 상기 금속소자는 상기 발광 다이오드(3)와 접촉하는 스프링(43')을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(910, 1000, 1010).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구멍이 에지(13)에 있을 때, 고정소자인 상기 금속소자(4)는:- 상기 주면과 접촉하는 두 개의 주 부분(410, 420)과;- 상기 에지와 부분적으로 접촉하는 측면 부분(420, 430);으로 이루어진 세 개의 평판 부분을 포함하고,상기 고정소자는 상기 에지를 잡을 수 있고 또는 상기 두 개의 주 부분에는 상기 주면에 형성된 노치에 체결되는 탭이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(800, 810).
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 금속소자(4)는 무기물 충전제를 포함하는 실리콘에 기초한 전기 절연체이면서 열 전도체인 소자(91)로 덮여있고, 상기 전기 절연체 소자는 금속박편(92) 아래에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(600).
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구멍(2'')은 2 mm 이상의 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(900, 910, 1000, 1010).
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구멍은 상기 금속소자와, 하나 이상의 전극 및/또는 전원 공급 부재를 수용하도록 형성되어 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(300, 310, 910).
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광구조체는 전류 또는 전압이 공급되는 복수의 다이오드(700)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(100, 110, 200, 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, 510, 600, 700, 710, 800, 810, 900, 910, 1000, 1010).
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광구조체는 상기 금속소자와 선택적으로 접촉하고, 동일한 주면 또는 양쪽 주면 및/또는 상기 구멍(2)의 바닥과 상기 구멍의 외측에 각각 위치되는 제1 및 제2 전극(5, 5', 5'', 51, 51', 51'', 52, 52', 52'')을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(100, 110, 200, 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, 510, 600, 710, 800, 810, 900, 910, 1000, 1010).
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 전극 중 하나 이상은 전체적으로 투명한 전도성 어레이 또는 하나 이상의 얇고 및/또는 누출성 유전체 층들로 선택적으로 덮여있는 전도성이면서 투명한 층(5, 5', 5'', 51, 51', 52, 52')으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(100, 110, 200, 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, 510, 600, 710, 800, 810, 900, 910, 1000, 1010).
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광구조체는 하나 이상의 전극 및/또는 금속 나노 입자들을 가지는 잉크 젯 트랙(5', 51', 51'a 내지 51'c)인 또는 스크린-인쇄(61 내지 62')된 전원 공급 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 700, 710, 810, 900, 910, 1000).
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광 다이오드(3, 3')는:- 상기 반도체 칩(31)의 반대쪽 면 또는 상기 반도체 칩의 동일한 면에 전기 접점을 가지는 다이오드 또는 측면-발광 다이오드와;- 초점 렌즈(32)를 가지는 다이오드 또는 봉합되지 않은 반도체 칩을 포함하는 다이오드와;- 주 발광 방향이 수직이거나 경사진 방향인 다이오드, 또는 상기 반도체 칩의 발광 면에 대해 경사진 두 개의 주 발광 방향을 가지고 있어 박쥐날개 형상을 가지고 있는 다이오드와, 또는 단지 두 개의 경사진 주 발광 방향만을 가지는 다이오드와;- 상기 에지에서 가이드하도록 또는 하나의 면 또는 양면 또는 상기 구멍을 통하여 직접 발광하도록 위치된 다이오드; 중 하나 이상의 다이오드로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(100, 110, 200, 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, 510, 600, 700, 710, 800, 810, 900, 910, 1000, 1010).
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,복수의 발광 다이오드(3, 3')와; 영구적이거나 간헐적으로 방사선을 단색상 또는 여러가지 색상으로 발광하도록 상기 발광 다이오드를 구동하는, 또는 개별적으로 상기 발광 다이오드를 처리하는 수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(100, 110, 200, 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, 510, 600, 700, 710, 800, 810, 900, 910, 1000, 1010).
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광구조체는 유리 문을 형성하기 위하여 이동가능하고,홈을 형성하고 상기 제1 및 제2 전극(51, 52, 52'')이 제공되는 주면에 형성된 구멍에 배열되는 복수의 다이오드(3, 3a 내지 3c)와; 전원 공급의 차단에 의해 상기 문의 위치에 따라 간헐적으로 방사선을 발광하도록 상기 발광 다이오드를 구동하는 수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(400, 410, 500).
- 제1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,- 평행이며, 공통 전원 공급 부재에 연결되는 복수의 제1 전도 트랙과;- 평행이며, 상기 제1 전도 트랙과 교대하고 또 다른 공통 전원 공급 부재를 통하여 공급되는 제2 전도 트랙과;- 홈을 형성하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 전극을 형성하는 제1 및 제2 트랙 사이에 각각 삽입되고, 다이오드들과 전기 연결소자 및 고정소자로서 역할을 하는 금속소자들을 수용하는 복수의 구멍;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(710).
- 제1항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유리소자는 소다-석회-실리카 유리, 투명 유리 또는 저철분 유리로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(100, 110, 200, 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, 510, 600, 700, 710, 800, 810, 900, 910, 1000, 1010).
- 제1항 내지 제20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가이드 내에서 상기 방사선과 결합하는 부분이 아닌 하나 이상의 에지 부분은 반사성이 있고, 금속으로 입혀져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(100, 200, 300, 310, 510, 600, 700, 710, 800, 810, 900, 910, 1000, 1010).
- 제1항 내지 제21항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광구조체는 발광 면인 주면 중 하나에 연결된 무기물 확산층(70)을 포함하는 발광구조체(200, 310).
- 제1항 내지 제22항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,광 도파관은 단일 결정구조와 단순 판유리 유닛을 형성하도록 단일 결정 구조를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(100, 110, 200, 300, 400, 410, 500, 510, 600, 700, 710, 800, 810, 900, 910, 1000, 1010).
- 제1항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광구조체는 무기물 가이드, 유리 박판, 확산 적층 중간층과 확산 외부 주면을 선택적으로 갖는 유리소자 뒷면 판유리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(310).
- 제1항 내지 제24항에 있어서,상기 발광구조체는 조명용, 장식용, 건축용 또는 표시용 판유리를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광구조체(100, 110, 200, 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, 510, 600, 700, 710, 800, 810, 900, 910, 1000, 1010).
- 제1항 내지 제25항에 있어서,조명 윈도우 또는 건물 벽 또는 구조 판유리와 같이 건물용 판유리 구조체; 미닫이 문과 같은 튼튼한 유리 문; 차량 후면 창유리, 측면 창유리 또는 지붕과 같은 운송 차량; 다른 지상, 수상 또는 항공 차량; 버스 대합실, 표시판 또는 광고판, 또는 난간과 같은 도시 시설물; 상점 윈도우 또는 선반 요소와 같은 디스플레이 진열장; 도로 조명 또는 도시 조명; 수족관, 상점 윈도우 또는 온실; 파티션 또는 거울과 같은 주방 또는 욕실용 인테리어 비품; 컴퓨터, 텔레비젼 또는 전화기 유형의 디스플레이 스크린; 전기 제어 시스템; 액정 디스플레이 또는 광선요법용 백라이트장치; 냉장고 선반 또는 주방 조리대와 같은 가정용 전기장비 내에 결합된 구조체;에 사용되는 발광구조체(100, 110, 200, 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, 510, 600, 700, 710, 800, 810, 900, 910, 1000, 1010).
- 제1항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항의 발광구조체를 제조하는 제조방법으로서,- 상기 구멍(2, 2', 2'')을 기계 가공하는 단계와;- 상기 주면 중 하나(11)에 두 개의 전극(51, 52)을 형성하는 전도층을 증착하는 단계;를 포함하는, 발광 다이오드를 갖는 상기 발광구조체(1010)의 제조방법.
- 제27항에 있어서,상기 제조방법은 상기 유리소자를 강화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제27항 또는 제28항에 있어서,절단작업에 의해 상기 구멍(2'')에 지지 측면형상을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제27항 내지 제29항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 절단작업은 상기 금속소자를 수용하는 보어(22)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 발광구조체를 제조하는 과정.
