Claims (8)
- 콜라겐 및 젤라틴을 포함하는 생체 흡수성 다공질 기재에 세포 성장 인자를 함유하여 이루어지는 조직 재생용 기재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,생체 흡수성 다공질 기재의 젤라틴의 함유량이 1∼70중량%인조직 재생용 기재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,세포 성장 인자가 염기성 섬유아 세포 성장 인자(bFGF)인조직 재생용 기재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,37℃의 인산 완충 식염수(PBS)에 3일간 침지시킨 후의 해당 PBS 중으로의 세포 성장 인자의 방출량이 조직 재생용 기재 중에 함침시킨 초기의 세포 성장 인자의 총량에 대하여 7중량% 이하인조직 재생용 기재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,37℃의 인산 완충 식염수(PBS)에 7일간 침지시킨 후의 해당 PBS 중으로의 세포 성장 인자의 방출량이 조직 재생용 기재 중에 함침시킨 초기의 세포 성장 인자의 총량에 대하여 15중량% 이하인조직 재생용 기재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,평균 구멍 직경 10∼500㎛의 연속 구멍을 갖는조직 재생용 기재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,생체 내에서 3주일 이내에 분해 흡수되는조직 재생용 기재.
- 콜라겐 및 젤라틴을 포함하는 수성 혼합물을 동결 건조하는 공정, 얻어지는 건조체를 가교 처리하는 공정 및 얻어지는 가교체에 세포 성장 인자를 함유시키는 공정을 포함하는조직 재생용 기재의 제조 방법.
