Claims (6)
- 벨트본체의 적어도 풀리 접촉부분이 탄성체(Elastomer) 조성물로 형성된 마찰전동벨트에 있어서,상기 벨트본체의 풀리 접촉부분은, 풀리 접촉표면에 다수의 셀형 오목홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰전동벨트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 셀형 오목홈은 평균 지름이 3∼60 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰전동벨트.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 셀형 오목홈은 평균 지름이 3∼30 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰전동벨트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 벨트본체가 V리브벨트 본체인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰전동벨트.
- 벨트본체가 탄성체 조성물로 형성된 마찰전동벨트의 제조방법에 있어서,중공입자가 배합된 탄성체 조성물을 가열 성형함으로써 벨트본체 전구체를 형성하는 단계와,상기 형성된 벨트본체 전구체를 절삭하여 풀리 접촉부분을 형성하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰전동벨트 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 탄성체 조성물을, 베이스 탄성체 100질량부에 대해 상기 중공입자가 1질량부 이상 15질량부 미만 배합된 것으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰전동벨트 제조방법.
