Claims (11)
- 인간 면역 결핍 바이러스의 트랜스 작용 인자에 의해 전사가 유도되는 전사 조절 서열과 상기 서열에 의해 발현의 제어가 가능한 형태로 배치된 단일 가닥 RNA 특이적 엔도리보뉴클레아제 활성을 갖는 폴리펩티드를 코드하는 유전자를 함유하는 핵산.
- 제 1항에 있어서, Tat 단백질 및/또는 Rev 단백질에 의해 전사가 유도되는 전사 조절 서열을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 인간 면역 결핍 바이러스의 LTR 하류에 단일 가닥 RNA 특이적 엔도리보뉴클레아제 활성을 갖는 폴리펩티드를 코드하는 유전자가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단일 가닥 RNA 특이적 엔도리보뉴클레아제 활성을 갖는 폴리펩티드가 뉴클레오티드 서열 특이적으로 RNA를 절단하는 활성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단일 가닥 RNA 특이적 엔도리보뉴클레아제 활성을 갖는 폴리펩티드가 MazF 단백질인 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 벡터에 함입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산.
- 제 1항의 핵산을 세포로 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 인간 면역 결핍 바이러스의 복제를 억제하는 세포의 제조 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 세포가 T세포 또는 T세포 전구체를 포함하는 세포 집단인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 핵산이 바이러스 벡터에 의해 세포로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 핵산이 레트로 바이러스 벡터에 의해 세포로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
