Claims (15)
- 하나 이상의 화학식 I의 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 화합물의 혼합물을 기재로 한 양의 유전 이방성의 액정 매질:화학식 I상기 식에서,R1은 1 내지 15개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 할로겐화 또는 비치환된 알킬 또는 알콕시 라디칼을 의미하되, 또한 상기 라디칼에서 하나 이상의 CH2 기는 각각 서로 독립적으로 O 원자가 서로 직접적으로 연결되지 않도록 -C≡C-, -CH=CH-, -O-, -CO-O- 또는 -O-CO-에 의해 대체되며,고리 A는 좌측 또는 우측에 부착되는 하기 고리 시스템을 의미하며:Z1 및 Z2는 단일 결합, -C≡C-, -CF=CF-, -CH=CH-, -CF2O-, 또는 -CH2CH2-를 의미하되, Z1 및 Z2 중 하나 이상의 기는 -CF=CF- 기를 나타내며,X는 F, Cl, CN, SF5 또는 1 내지 15개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 할로겐화 또는 비치환된 알킬 또는 알콕시 라디칼을 의미하되, 또한 상기 라디칼에서 하나 이상의 CH2 기는 각각 서로 독립적으로 O 원자가 서로 직접적으로 연결되지 않도록 -C≡C-, -CH=CH-, -O-, -CO-O- 또는 -O-CO-에 의해 대체되며,L1, L2, L3, L4, L5 및 L6은 각각 서로 독립적으로 H 또는 F이며,m은 O, 1 또는 2이다.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,화학식 Z-1 내지 Z-9의 화합물로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 매질:상기 식에서,R1a 및 R2a는 각각 서로 독립적으로 H, CH3, C2H5 또는 n-C3H7을 의미하며,R0은 9개 이하의 탄소 원자를 각각 갖는 n-알킬, 옥사알킬, 플루오로알킬 또 는 알켄일을 의미하며,알킬 및 알킬*은 1 내지 7개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 비치환된 n-알킬 라디칼을 의미하며,알켄일은 2 내지 7개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 비치환된 알켄일 라디칼을 의미한다.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,화학식 II, III, IV, V 및 VI의 화합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 매질:상기 식에서,R0은 9개 이하의 탄소 원자를 각각 갖는 n-알킬, 옥사알킬, 플루오로알킬 또는 알켄일이며,X0은 F, Cl, 6개 이하의 탄소 원자를 갖는 할로겐화 알킬, 할로겐화 알켄일, 할로겐화 알켄일옥시 또는 할로겐화 알콕시이며,Z0은 -C2F4-, -CF=CF-, -C2H4-, -(CH2)4-, -OCH2-, -CH2O-, -CF2O- 또는 -OCF2- 이며,Y1 내지 Y4는 각각 서로 독립적으로 H 또는 F이며,r은 O 또는 1이며,t는 O, 1 또는 2이다.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,화학식 XIV 및 XV의 화합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 부가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 매질:상기 식에서,R0은 9개 이하의 탄소 원자를 각각 갖는 n-알킬, 옥사알킬, 플루오로알킬 또는 알켄일을 의미하며,X0은 F, Cl, 6개 이하의 탄소 원자를 갖는 할로겐화 알킬, 할로겐화 알켄일, 할로겐화 알켄일옥시 또는 할로겐화 알콕시를 의미하며,고리 A 및 B는 서로 독립적으로 0, 1, 또는 2개의 불소에 의해 치환된 1,4- 페닐렌을 의미하며,각각의 경우 1,4-페닐렌 고리 중 하나 이상은 불소 원자에 의해 단일 또는 다중 치환된다.
- 전기-광학 목적을 위한, 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 액정 매질의 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 액정 매질을 함유하는 전기-광학 액정 디스플레이.
