Claims (10)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,디아민 성분이 상기 일반식 [1] 로 표시되는 디아민을 20몰% 이상 함유하는 액정 배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,테트라카르복실산 2무수물 성분이 지환식 구조 또는 지방족 구조를 갖는 테트라카르복실산 2무수물을 함유하는 액정 배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,테트라카르복실산 2무수물 성분이 지환식 구조 또는 지방족 구조를 갖는 테트라카르복실산 2무수물과 방향족 테트라카르복실산 2무수물을 함유하는 액정 배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 폴리아믹산이 테트라카르복실산 2무수물 성분과 디아민 성분을 1:0.8∼1:1.2 의 몰비로 반응시켜 얻어진 것인 액정 배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,염기성 촉매 및 산무수물의 공존 하에 폴리아믹산을 이미드화 반응시켜 얻어진 가용성 폴리이미드를 함유하여 이루어지는 액정 배향 처리제.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,가용성 폴리이미드의 중량 평균 분자량이 2,000∼200,000 인 액정 배향 처리제.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,가용성 폴리이미드의 이미드화율이 40% 이상인 액정 배향 처리제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 액정 배향 처리제를 전극 부착 기판 상에 도포, 소성하고, 러빙 처리하여 얻어지는 액정 배향막.
- 제 9 항에 기재된 액정 배향막을 이용하여 얻어지는 액정 표시 소자.
