Claims (8)
- 조작자에 의해 조종되는 자동 변속 장치(100)용 시프트-바이-와이어 제어 시스템이며,P 범위와 P 범위 이외의 다른 시프트 범위 사이에서 자동 변속 장치(100)의 시프트 범위를 절환하는 범위 절환 유닛(60)과,P 범위로 절환할 경우 상기 범위 절환 유닛(60)과 연동하여 상기 자동 변속 장치(100)의 출력 샤프트가 로크 상태로 되도록 구성되고, 다른 시프트 범위로 절환할 경우 상기 범위 절환 유닛(60)과 연동하여 상기 자동 변속 장치(100)의 출력 샤프트가 로크 해제 상태로 되도록 구성되는 파킹 로크 장치(70)와,조작자의 지시에 따라 상기 파킹 로크 장치(70) 및 상기 범위 절환 유닛(60)을 가동시키는 전동 모터(22)와,상기 전동 모터(22)가 정지할 때 상기 파킹 로크 장치(70)를 가동시키도록 상기 파킹 로크 장치(70)로 조작자의 매뉴얼 조작력을 전달하는 매뉴얼 장치(40)를 포함하고,상기 매뉴얼 장치(40)는 상기 파킹 로크 장치(70)가 로크 상태로 되는 방향으로 매뉴얼 조작력의 전달을 허용하도록 구성되는 일방향 전달 유닛(41, 411, 412, 42)을 포함하고,상기 일방향 전달 유닛(41, 411, 412, 42)은 상기 파킹 로크 장치(70)가 로크 해제 상태로 되는 방향으로 매뉴얼 조작력의 전달을 금지하도록 구성되는, 시프 트-바이-와이어 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파킹 로크 장치(70)로 상기 전동 모터(22)의 토크를 전달하는 모터 출력 샤프트(38)와,상기 모터 출력 샤프트(38)와 일체로 회전 가능한 출력 샤프트 기어(39)를 더 포함하고,상기 일방향 전달 유닛(41, 411, 412, 42)은 상기 출력 샤프트 기어(39)와 상시 결합되는 P 입력 기어(42)를 포함하고,상기 일방향 전달 유닛(41, 411, 412, 42)은 매뉴얼 조작력이 가해질 경우 축방향으로 이동 가능한 일방향 결합 부재(41, 411, 412)를 더 포함하고,상기 일방향 결합 부재(41, 411, 412)는 하나의 축 방향으로 축방향 이동할 경우 상기 P 입력 기어(42)에 결합될 수 있고,상기 일방향 결합 부재(41, 411, 412)는 다른 축 방향으로 축방향 이동할 경우 상기 P 입력 기어(42)에 결합될 수 없는, 시프트-바이-와이어 제어 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 매뉴얼 장치(40)는 상기 P 입력 기어(42)를 수용하는 케이스(43)를 포함하고,상기 P 입력 기어(42)는 상기 케이스(43)에 대해 활주 가능한, 시프트-바이-와이어 제어 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 일방향 결합 부재(41, 411, 412)는 상기 P 입력 기어(42) 상에 결합되는 결합부(412a)를 포함하고,상기 케이스(43)는 적어도 상기 결합부(412a)를 수용하고,상기 케이스(43)는 상기 일방향 결합 부재(41, 411, 412)를 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 지지하고,상기 P 입력 기어(42)는 상기 모터 출력 샤프트(38)의 회전과 연동하여 축방향으로 이동 가능하고,상기 일방향 결합 부재(41, 411, 412)는 상기 P 입력 기어(42)를 활주 가능하게 지지하는, 시프트-바이-와이어 제어 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 일방향 결합 부재(41, 411, 412)는 상기 P 입력 기어(42)를 향하고 상기 P 입력 기어(42)와 접촉하여 축방향 이동할 경우 상기 P 입력 기어(42)에 결합될 수 있고,상기 일방향 결합 부재(41, 411, 412)는 상기 P 입력 기어(42)로부터 멀어지고 상기 P 입력 기어(42)로부터 분리되어 축방향 이동할 경우 상기 P 입력 기어(42)에 결합될 수 없는, 시프트-바이-와이어 제어 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 일방향 결합 부재(41, 411, 412) 및 상기 P 입력 기어(42) 중 적어도 하나는 철금속 재료로 형성되고,상기 케이스(43)는 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금으로 형성되는, 시프트-바이 -와이어 제어 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전동 모터(22)는 브러시리스 모터인, 시프트-바이-와이어 제어 시스템.
- 자동 변속 장치(100)용 시프트-바이-와이어 제어 시스템을 조작하는 방법이며,전기 공급이 상기 시프트-바이-와이어 제어 시스템에서 정지되고 상기 자동 변속 장치(100)의 시프트 위치가 P 범위에 있는 조건에서, 상기 자동 변속 장치(100)의 출력 샤프트를 로크하도록 조작자에 의해 가해진 매뉴얼 조작력의 전달을 허용하는 단계와,전기 공급이 상기 시프트-바이-와이어 제어 시스템에서 정지되고 상기 시프트 위치가 상기 P 범위에 있는 조건에서, 상기 출력 샤프트의 로크를 해제하도록 상기 매뉴얼 조작력의 전달을 금지하는 단계를 포함하는, 시프트-바이-와이어 제어 시스템의 조작 방법.
