Claims (9)
- 기판;효소 반응이 발생되는 작업전극 및 상기 작업전극과의 전기적 출력 차이를 검출하기 위한 상대전극을 포함하는 검출부;상기 검출부로부터의 전기적 신호를 전달하기 위한 접속부; 및상기 검출부와 상기 접속부를 전기적으로 절연하는 절연부를 포함하는 전기화학적 바이오센서로서,상기 상대전극은, 도선층, 상기 도선층 상에 형성된 카본 전극층 및 상기 카본 전극층 상에 형성된 효소 반응 보조 물질층을 포함하며,상기 작업전극은, 도선층, 상기 도선층 상에 형성된 카본 전극층, 상기 카본 전극층 상에 형성되고 탄소나노튜브를 포함하는 효소 반응 물질층 및 상기 효소 반응 물질층 상에 형성된 효소 반응 보조 물질층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소나노튜브는 카르복실 관능기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 효소 반응 물질층은 페리시안 화합물 (ferricyanide) 및 글루코오스 산화효소 (glucose oxidase)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 효소 반응 보조 물질층은 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스, 잔탄검, 메트로오스 및 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 증점제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서.
- (a) 기판 상에 한 쌍의 도선층을 패터닝하고, 상기 도선층의 각 말단부 상에 카본 잉크를 도포 및 건조하는 단계;(b) 상기 도선층 및 카본 잉크 도포층 상에 절연성 잉크를 부분 도포 및 건조시킴으로써 한 쌍의 접속부 및 한 쌍의 카본 잉크 도포부를 형성하는 단계;(c) 상기 카본 잉크 도포부 중 어느 하나에 탄소나노튜브를 포함하는 효소 반응 물질을 포함하는 효소 반응 용액을 도포 및 건조하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 (b) 및 (c) 단계를 거친 카본 잉크 도포부에 효소 반응 보조 물질을 포함하는 효소 반응 보조 용액을 도포 및 건조함으로써, 각각 상대전극 및 작업전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 바이오센서의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 탄소나노튜브는 산 처리에 의하여 카르복실 관능기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 효소 반응 용액은 완충용액, 페리시안 화합물 (ferricyanide) 및 글루코오스 산화효소 (glucose oxidase)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 효소 반응 보조 용액은 완충용액, 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스, 잔탄검, 메트로오스 및 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 증점제 및 계면활성제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 산 처리는 탄소나노튜브 분말을 pH 1.5 내지 2.5의, 질산, 황산 또는 이들의 혼합용액을 사용하여, 90℃ 내지 120℃의 온도로, 12 내지 24시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오센서의 제조방법.
