Claims (8)
- 기판;
상기 기판 상에 형성된 작업 전극층, 상기 작업 전극층 상에 상기 작업 전극층을 덮도록 형성된 효소 반응층을 포함하는 작업 전극;
상기 기판 상에서 상기 작업 전극과 이격되어 형성된 기준 전극; 및
상기 기판 상에서 상기 작업 전극과 기준 전극을 분리하는 절연 격벽을 포함하고,
상기 작업 전극층과 효소 반응층의 표면적 비는 1:1.1 내지 2.1이며,
상기 작업 전극층은 카본 페이스트로 형성되는 탄소 전극층을 포함하는 바이오 센서. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연 격벽은 상기 작업 전극과 기준 전극의 영역을 한정하는 바이오 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연 격벽의 높이가 상기 작업 전극과 기준 전극의 높이보다 높은 바이오 센서.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작업 전극층과 효소 반응층의 표면적 비는 1:1.1 내지 1.8인 바이오 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판 상에 작업 전극층과 기준 전극을 일정 간격을 두어 형성하고, 상기 작업 전극층과 기준 전극을 분리하는 절연 격벽을 형성한 다음, 상기 작업 전극층 상에 상기 작업 전극층을 덮도록 효소 반응층을 형성하여 제조되는 바이오 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 젖산, 글루코오스, 콜레스테롤, 아스코빅산, 알코올 또는 글루탐산의 농도 측정에 사용되는, 바이오 센서.
