Claims (28)
- OCB 모드의 액정 셀, 해당 액정 셀을 사이에 끼운 한 쌍의 출사측 편광자 및 입사측 편광자, 및 광학 보상판을 갖고,출사측 편광자는, 액정 셀로부터 먼 쪽의 면에 반사 방지막을 포함하며,해당 반사 방지막은, 중공 미립자 또는 다공질 미립자를 포함하는 실리콘 경화 피막으로 이루어지는 굴절률 1.37 이하의 저굴절률층을 포함한 적층체이고,상기 광학 보상판은, 상기 출사측 편광자와 상기 액정 셀 사이, 또는 상기 입사측 편광자와 상기 액정 셀 사이에 구비되고, 면내 레타데이션 Re를 가지며, 두께 방향의 평균 굴절률이 면내의 평균 굴절률보다도 작고, 두께 방향으로 굴절률이 변화하는 것인액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,저굴절률층은, 중공 미립자 또는 다공질 미립자와, 하기 가수 분해물(A) 및 하기 공중합 가수 분해물(B)의 적어도 한쪽과, 하기의 가수 분해성 오가노실레인(C)을 함유하여 이루어지는 코팅재 조성물의 경화 피막인 액정 표시 장치.(A) SiX4로 표시되는 가수 분해성 오가노실레인을 가수 분해하여 이루어지는 가수 분해물(X는 가수 분해성기이다).(B) SiX4로 표시되는 가수 분해성 오가노실레인과 불소치환 알킬기를 갖는 가수 분해성 오가노실레인을 공중합 가수 분해하여 이루어지는 공중합 가수 분해물.(C) 발수기를 직쇄부에 구비하는 동시에 알콕시기가 결합한 규소 원자를 분자 내에 2개 이상 갖는 가수 분해성 오가노실레인.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,저굴절률층은, 중공 미립자 또는 다공질 미립자와, 하기 가수 분해물(A) 및 하기 공중합 가수 분해물(B)의 적어도 한쪽과, 하기 실리콘다이올(D)을 함유하여 이루어 지는 코팅재 조성물의 경화 피막인 액정 표시 장치.(A) SiX4로 표시되는 가수 분해성 오가노실레인을 가수 분해하여 이루어지는 가수 분해물(X는 가수 분해성기이다).(B) SiX4로 표시되는 가수 분해성 오가노실레인과 불소치환 알킬기를 갖는 가수 분해성 오가노실레인을 공중합 가수 분해하여 이루어지는 공중합 가수 분해물.(D) 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 다이메틸형의 실리콘다이올.화학식 3(화학식 3에 있어서, p는 양의 정수이다)
- 제 4 항에 있어서,실리콘다이올(D)은, 화학식 3 중의 p가 20 내지 100의 정수인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,저굴절률층은, 중공 미립자 또는 다공질 미립자를 가수 분해물(A)과 혼합한 상태에서 해당 가수 분해물(A)을 가수 분해하여 이루어지는 재가수 분해물과, 하기 공중합 가수 분해물(B)을 함유하여 이루어지는 코팅재 조성물의 경화 피막인 액정 표시 장치.(A) SiX4로 표시되는 가수 분해성 오가노실레인을 가수 분해하여 이루어지는 가수 분해물(X는 가수 분해성기이다).(B) SiX4로 표시되는 가수 분해성 오가노실레인과 불소치환 알킬기를 갖는 가수 분해성 오가노실레인을 공중합 가수 분해하여 이루어지는 공중합 가수 분해물.
- 제 2 항, 제 4 항 또는 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,코팅재 조성물은, (a) 알킬실리케이트, 용매, 물 및 가수 분해 중합 촉매를 혼합하여 가수 분해 중합시키고, 이어서 용매를 제거하여 이루어지는 다공질 미립자; 또는 (b) 알킬실리케이트, 용매, 물 및 가수 분해 중합 촉매를 혼합하여 가수 분해 중합시키고, 겔화 전에 중합을 정지하는 것에 의해 안정화시킨 오가노실리카졸로부터 용매를 제거하여 이루어지는 응집 평균 입자 직경 10 내지 100㎚의 다공질 미립자 중 적어도 한쪽을 함유하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 2 항, 제 4 항 또는 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,가수 분해물(A)은, SiX4로 표시되는 가수 분해성 오가노실레인(X는 가수 분해성기이다)을 산 촉매 및 몰비 [H2O]/[X]가 0 내지 5.0으로 되는 양의 물의 존재 하에서 가수 분해하여 얻어지는 중량 평균 분자량 2000 이상의 부분 가수 분해물 또는 완전 가수 분해물을 함유하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,광학 보상판은, 디스코틱 액정의 배향 형태를 고정한 액정성 광학 필름인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 배향 형태는, 디스코틱 액정의 다이렉터가 두께 방향으로 변화하는 것인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사 방지막은, 굴절률 1.55 이상의 하드 코팅층을 더 포함하는 것인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 하드 코팅층은, 무기 산화물 입자 및 활성 에너지선 경화형 수지를 포함하여 이루어지는 것인 액정 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사 방지막은, 그 표면에 있어서의 입사각 5°의 반사율이, 파장 430 내지 700㎚에서 1.4% 이하이고, 파장 550㎚에서 0.7% 이하인 액정 표시 장치.
- 반사형 또는 반투과형의 액정 셀, 광학 이방체 및 출사측 편광자를 갖고,상기 광학 이방체는 파장 550㎚에서 측정한 면내 레타데이션값(Re(550))과 파장 450㎚에서 측정한 면내 레타데이션값(Re(450))과의 비: Re(450)/Re(550)가 1.007 이하이며,상기 출사측 편광자는, 액정 셀로부터 먼 쪽의 면에 반사 방지막을 포함하고,해당 반사 방지막은, 중공 미립자 또는 다공질 미립자를 포함하는 실리콘 경화 피막으로 이루어지는 굴절률이 1.37 이하인 저굴절률층을 포함하여 이루어지는 적층체인 액정 표시 장치.
