Claims (11)
- 행렬 형태로 배치된 복수의 화소를 포함하는 표시 장치로서,상기 화소에 연결되어 있는 데이터선,외부로부터의 영상 데이터를 처리하고 복수의 제어 신호 및 클록 신호를 생성하는 신호 제어부,복수의 계조 전압을 생성하는 계조 전압 생성부, 그리고상기 계조 전압 중 상기 신호 제어부로부터의 영상 데이터에 해당하는 계조 전압을 선택하여 데이터 전압으로서 상기 데이터선에 인가하는 복수의 데이터 구동 집적 회로를 포함하는 데이터 구동부를 포함하고,상기 데이터 구동부는 별개의 클록 신호를 입력받는 적어도 네 개의 데이터 구동 집적 회로군을 포함하고,상기 각 데이터 집적 회로군은 직렬로 연결되어 있는 적어도 두 개의 상기 데이터 구동 집적 회로를 각각 포함하는표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 적어도 네 개의 데이터 집적 회로군에는 위상이 서로 어긋나는 상기 클록 신호가 각각 입력되는 표시 장치.
- 제2항에서,상기 클록 신호의 위상차는 인접한 클록 신호끼리는 30° 보다 작고, 가장 큰 위상차를 갖는 두 클록 신호의 위상차는 180° 보다 작은 표시 장치.
- 제3항에서,상기 신호 제어부와 상기 데이터 구동 집적 회로는 점대점(point to point) 방식으로 연결되어 있는 표시 장치.
- 제4항에서,상기 데이터 구동 집적 회로군은 상기 신호 제어부를 중심으로 좌우에 대칭 구조로 위치하는 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 복수의 클록 신호는 제1 내지 제6 데이터 구동 집적 회로군에 입력되는 제1 내지 제6 신호를 포함하는 표시 장치.
- 제6항에서,상기 제1 내지 제6 신호는 차례로 30° 보다 작은 위상차를 갖는 표시 장치.
- 제7항에서,상기 제1 신호와 제6 신호는 180°보다 작은 위상차를 갖는 표시 장치.
- 제8항에서,상기 제1 내지 제6 데이터 구동 집적 회로군은 동일한 시간에 상기 데이터 전압을 상기 데이터선에 인가하는 표시 장치.
- 제9항에서,상기 제1 내지 제3 데이터 집적 회로군은 신호 제어부의 왼쪽에 위치하고, 상기 제4 내지 제6 데이터 집적 회로군은 신호 제어부의 오른쪽에 위치하는 표시 장치.
- 제10항에서,상기 신호 제어부와 상기 데이터 구동 집적 회로는 점대점 방식으로 연결되는 표시 장치.
