Claims (23)
- 각각 양극 및 음극을 구성하는 두 필름 사이의 폴리에테르/리튬염 전해질 필름으로 구성된 전기화학 장치의 제조 방법으로서, 전류 집진 지지체, 양극을 형성하기 위한 필름, 전해질을 형성하기 위한 폴리에테르 필름 및 음극을 형성하기 위한 필름를 포함하는 다층 구조를 조립하는 것으로 구성되는 제조 방법에 있어서,- 상기 양극을 형성하기 위한 필름 및/또는 음극을 형성하기 위한 필름은 리튬염을 포함하는 복합 물질로 구성되고;- 상기 전해질을 형성하기 위한 폴리에테르 필름은 리튬염을 포함하지 않으며;- 상기 조립된 전기화학 장치는 양극의 물질 및/또는 음극의 물질에 존재하는 리튬염이 중합체 필름으로 확산되기에 충분한 시간 동안 방치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 음극, 양극 및 전해질을 구성하는 필름은 10㎛ 내지 150㎛의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리에테르는, 에틸렌옥사이드 및 적어도 하나의 치환된 옥시 란(oxirane)으로부터 획득되고 에틸렌옥사이드에서 유도된 -CH2-CH2O- 반복 유닛을 적어도 70% 포함하는 공중합체에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 R은 1 내지 16개의 탄소 원자를 가진 알킬 라디칼인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 라디칼 경로(radical route)에 의해 중합화할 수 있는 작용기는 비닐 기, 알릴기, 비닐벤질기 또는 아크릴로일(acryloyl)기에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 폴리에테르는 여러 치환된 옥시란에서 유도된 반복 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양극을 형성하기 위한 필름의 복합 물질은 활성 물질, 결합제, 전자 전도성을 제공하는 물질 및 리튬염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 양극 활성 물질은, Li1 +xV3O8(0<x<4), LixV2O5ㆍnH2O(0<x<3, 0<n<2), LiFePO4, 수화 또는 무수 철 인산염 및 황산염, 수화 또는 무수 바나딜(vanadyl) 인산염 및 황산염, LiMn2O4, Al, Ni 및/또는 Co에 의한 Mn의 부분 치환에 의해 획득된 LiMn2O4에서 유도된 화합물, LiMnO2, Al, Ni 및/또는 Co에 의한 Mn의 부분 치환에 의해 획득된 LiMnO2에서 유도된 화합물, LiCoO2, Al, Ti, Mg, Ni 및/또는 Mn에 의한 Li의 부분 치환에 의해 획득된 LiCoO2에서 유도된 화합물, LiNiO2 및 Al, Ti, Mg 및 /또는 Mn에 의한 Ni의 부분 치환에 의해 획득된 LiNiO2에서 유도된 화합물에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 음극을 형성하기 위한 필름은 리튬 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 음극을 형성하기 위한 필름은 활성 물질, 결합제, 전자 전도성을 제공하는 물질 및 리튬염을 포함하는 복합 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 활성 물질은:- 탄소 화합물,- LixM 형태의 리튬 합금(SnO, SnO2, Sn, Sn-Fe(-C) 화합물, Si 화합물, Sb 화합물로부터 얻어진)(M=Sn, Sb, Si), 또는- LixCu6Sn5(0<x<13) 화합물, 철 붕산염, 프닉타이드(pnictides), 가역적 분해성을 보유한 간단한 산화물 및 티탄산염, MoO3 또는 WO3와 같은 삽입(insertion) 산화물에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제9항 및 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 리튬염은, LiPF6, LiAsF6, LiClO4, LiBF4, LiC4BO8, Li(C2F5SO2)2N, Li[(C2F5)3PF3], LiCF3SO3, LiCH3SO3 및 LiN(SO2CF3)2에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제12항에 있어서,상기 결합제는 비용매화(nonsolvating) 중합체 및 적어도 하나의 극성 비양성자성 화합물, 또는 용매화(solvating) 중합체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 극성 비양성자성 화합물은, 선형 또는 환형 탄산염, 선형 또는 환형 에테르, 선형 또는 환형 에스테르, 선형 또는 환형 술폰, 설퍼아미드(sulfamide) 및 니트릴(nitriles)에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 비용매화(nonsolvating) 중합체는:- 불화비닐리덴(vinylidene fluoride) 단독 중합체 및 공중합체,- 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 디엔의 공중합체,- 테트라플루오로에틸렌 단독 중합체 및 공중합체,- N-비닐피롤리돈(N-vinylpyrrolidone) 단독 중합체 및 공중합체,- 아크릴로니트릴 단독 중합체 및 공중합체,- 메트아크릴로니트릴 단독 중합체 및 공중합체에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 비용매화(nonsolvating) 중합체는 이온성 작용기를 수반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 결합제는, 폴리(에틸렌 옥사이드)에 기초하는 망상 조직을 형성하거나 그렇지 않는 선형, 빗(comb) 또는 블럭 구조의 폴리에테르; 에틸렌 옥사이드 또는 프로필렌 옥사이드 또는 알릴 글리시딜 에테르 단위를 포함하는 공중합체; 폴리포스파진(phosphazenes); 이소시아네이트에 의해 가교 결합된 폴리에틸렌 글리콜에 기초한 가교 결합된 망상 조직; 옥시에틸렌 및 에피클로로히드린(epichlorohydrin)의 공중합체; 및 가교 결합될 수 있는 작용기의 혼합을 가능하게 하는 작용기를 수반하는 중축합반응(polycondensation)에 의해 획득된 망상 조직에서 선택되는 용매화(solvating) 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제12항에 있어서,상기 전자 전도성을 제공하는 화합물은 바람직하게는 높은 전위에서 전해질의 산화를 촉진하지 않는 카본 블랙(carbon black)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제12항에 있어서,상기 복합 물질은 부가적으로 비휘발성 액체 유기 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 액체 용매는:- 선형 또는 환형 탄산염, 선형 또는 환형 에테르, 선형 또는 환형 에스테르, 선형 또는 환형 술폰, 설퍼아미드(sulfamides) 및 니트릴(nitriles)과 같은 극성 비양성자성 화합물;- 디옥틸 프탈레이트, 디부틸 프탈레이트 및 디메틸 프탈레이트와 같은 프탈레이트(phthalates);- 저분자량의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 또는 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜) 디메틸 에테르;에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전해질을 형성하기 위한 필름의 폴리에테르는 가교 결합할 수 있는 단 위를 포함하는 공중합체이고, 적어도 하나의 전극은 부가적으로 상기 폴리에테르를 위한 가교 결합제를 포함하는 복합 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
