Description

− 炭素化合物(天然又は合成グラファイト、不規則カーボン、等)、
− LixM型のリチウムを含む合金(M=Sn、Sb、Si、等)(SnO、SnO2、Sn、Sn−Fe(−C)化合物、Si化合物、Sb化合物から得られる)、又は
− LixCu6Sn5(0<x<13)化合物、ホウ酸鉄、プニクタイド(例えば、Li3−x−yCoyN、Li3−x−yFeyN、LixMnP4、LixFeP2、LixFeSb2、等)、可逆分解を行なう単純酸化物(例えば、CoO、Co2O3、Fe2O3、等)、及びチタン酸塩(例えば、TiO2又はLi4Ti5O12)、MoO3又はWO3のような挿入酸化物。
− 線状又は環状カーボネート、線状又は環状エーテル、線状又は環状エステル、線状又は環状スルホン、スルファミド及びニトリルのような極性非プロトン性化合物、
− ジオクチルフタレート、ジブチルフタレート及びジメチルフタレートのようなフタレート、
− 質量の小さいポリエチレングリコール又はポリ(エチレングリコール)ジメチルエーテル。
リチウム電池の電解質を形成するための薄膜と、正極を形成するための薄膜と、リチウムシートで構成される、この電池の負極とを別々に作製した。

− カーボン:12重量%
− PVDF/HFP:15重量%

Claims (22)
- 正極及び負極を各々構成する2個の薄膜の間にポリエーテル/リチウム塩電解質薄膜を有する電気化学デバイスの作製方法であって、
集電支持体、前記正極を形成するための薄膜、前記電解質を形成するためのポリエーテル薄膜、及び前記負極を形成するための薄膜を含む多層構造体を組み立てる工程を含み、
− 前記正極を形成するための前記薄膜及び/又は前記負極を形成するための前記薄膜が、リチウム塩を含む複合材料で構成されており;
− 前記電解質を形成するためのポリエーテル薄膜がリチウム塩を含まず;
− 組み立てられたデバイスが、前記正極の材料の中に及び/又は前記負極の材料の中に存在している前記リチウム塩を前記ポリマー薄膜の中に拡散させるのに充分な時間静置すること、及び
前記ポリエーテルは、エチレンオキシドと、少なくとも1個の置換型オキシランとから得られ、かつエチレンオキシドから誘導される−CH 2 −CH 2 O−の繰返し単位を少なくとも70%含むコポリマーから選ばれること
を特徴とする作製方法。 - 前記負極、前記正極及び前記電解質を各々構成する前記薄膜が、10μm〜150μmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作製方法。
- Rが、1〜16個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の作製方法。
- 前記ラジカルルートによって重合可能な基が、ビニル基、アリル基、ビニルベンジル基又はアクリロイル基を含む基から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の作製方法。
- 前記ポリエーテルが、数個の置換型オキシランから誘導される繰返し単位を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作製方法。
- 前記正極を形成するための薄膜の複合材料が、活物質、結着剤、電子伝導性を付与する材料及び前記リチウム塩を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作製方法。
- 前記正極の該活物質が、Li1+xV3O8(0<x<4)、LixV2O5・nH2O、(0<x<3、0<n<2)、LiFePO4、水和又は無水リン酸鉄及び硫酸鉄、水和又は無水リン酸バナジル及び硫酸バナジル、LiMn2O4、LiMn2O4のMnをAl、Ni及び/又はCoで部分置換することにより得られるLiMn2O4誘導化合物、LiMnO2、LiMnO2のMnをAl、Ni及び/又はCoで部分置換することにより得られるLiMnO2誘導化合物、LiCoO2、LiCoO2のLiをAl、Ti、Mg、Ni及び/又はMnで部分置換することにより得られるLiCoO2誘導化合物、LiNiO2、並びに、LiNiO2のNiをAl、Ti、Mg及び/又はMnで部分置換することにより得られるLiNiO2誘導化合物から選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の作製方法。
- 前記負極を構成する薄膜が、リチウム薄膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作製方法。
- 前記負極を形成するための薄膜が、活物質、結着剤、電子伝導性を付与する材料及び前記リチウム塩を含む複合材料で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作製方法。
- 前記負極の該活物質が、以下から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の作製方法:
− 炭素化合物、
− LixM型のリチウムを含む合金(M=Sn、Sb、Si)(SnO、SnO2、Sn、Sn−Fe(−C)化合物、Si化合物、Sb化合物から得られる)、又は
− LixCu6Sn5(0<x<13)化合物、ホウ酸鉄、プニクタイド、可逆分解を行なう単純酸化物、及びチタン酸塩、MoO3又はWO3のような挿入酸化物。 - 前記リチウム塩が、LiPF6、LiAsF6、LiClO4、LiBF4、LiC4BO8、Li(C2F5SO2)2N、Li[(C2F5)3PF3]、LiCF3SO3、LiCH3SO3及びLiN(SO2CF3)2から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1、8及び11のいずれか1項に記載の作製方法。
- 前記結着剤が、非溶媒和ポリマーと少なくとも1種の極性非プロトン性化合物、又は、溶媒和ポリマーにより構成されることを特徴とする、請求項8又は11に記載の作製方法。
- 前記極性非プロトン性化合物が、線状又は環状カーボネート、線状又は環状エーテル、線状又は環状エステル、線状又は環状スルホン、スルファミド及びニトリルから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の作製方法。
- 前記非溶媒和性ポリマーが、以下から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の作製方法:
・フッ化ビニリデンホモポリマー及びコポリマー、
・エチレン、プロピレン、及びジエンの各コポリマー、
・テトラフルオロエチレンホモポリマー及びコポリマー、
・N−ビニルピロリドンホモポリマー及びコポリマー、
・アクリロニトリルホモポリマー及びコポリマー、
・メタクリロニトリルホモポリマー及びコポリマー。 - 前記非溶媒和ポリマーが、イオン官能基を持つことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の作製方法。
- 前記結着剤が、ポリ(エチレンオキシド)を骨格とし、網状組織を形成することもあり、又は形成しないこともある、線状、櫛状、又はブロック状構造のポリエーテル;エチレンオキシド又はプロピレンオキシド又はアリルグリシジルエーテル単位を含むコポリマー;ポリホスファゼン;ポリエチレングリコールを骨格とし、イソシアネートによって架橋された架橋型網状組織体;オキシエチレン及びエピクロロヒドリンの各コポリマー;並びに架橋基の取込みを可能にする基を持ち、ポリ縮合により得られる網状組織体から選ばれる溶媒和ポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の作製方法。
- 前記電子伝導特性を付与する化合物が、好ましくは高電位での前記電解質の酸化の触媒作用をしないカーボンブラックであることを特徴とする請求項8又は11に記載の作製方法。
- 前記複合材料が、更に、不揮発性液体有機溶媒を含むことを特徴とする請求項8又は11に記載の作製方法。
- 前記不揮発性液体有機溶媒が、以下から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の作製方法:
・線状又は環状カーボネート、線状又は環状エーテル、線状又は環状エステル、線状又は環状スルホン、スルファミド及びニトリルのような極性非プロトン性化合物、
・ジオクチルフタレート、ジブチルフタレート及びジメチルフタレートのようなフタレート、
・質量の小さいポリエチレングリコール又はポリ(エチレングリコール)ジメチルエーテル。 - 前記電解質を形成するための前記薄膜の前記ポリエーテルが、架橋性単位を含むコポリマーであり、且つ両電極のうちの少なくとも一方の電極が、更に、前記ポリエーテルに適する架橋剤を含む複合材料で構成されることを特徴とする1〜21のいずれか1項に記載の作製方法。
