Description
Claims (21)
- 집전 기재와, 상기 집전 기재 상에 복수의 합제층으로 이루어지는 양극 도막을 구비한 리튬 2차 전지용 양극으로서,상기 양극 도막은, 양극 활성 물질로서 발열 개시 온도가 다른 2종 이상의 리튬 함유 화합물을 함유하고,상기 2종 이상의 리튬 함유 화합물 중 1종 이상의 리튬 함유 화합물은 300℃ 이상의 발열 개시 온도를 갖고,상기 집전 기재에 가장 가까운 제 1 합제층 중에 상기 발열 개시 온도 300℃ 이상의 리튬 함유 화합물을 1종 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 합제층의 양극 활성 물질 중 상기 발열 개시 온도 300℃ 이상의 리튬 함유 화합물의 함유량이, 그 이외의 다른 리튬 함유 화합물의 함유량보다 많은 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 합제층 중의 양극 활성 물질로서, 실질적으로 상기 발열 개시 온도 300℃ 이상의 리튬 함유 화합물만을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 양 극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발열 개시 온도 300℃ 이상의 리튬 함유 화합물이 리튬 망간계 산화물, 리튬 니켈 코발트 망간계 산화물 및 올리빈형 인산 리튬계 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종인 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 리튬 망간계 산화물이 LiMn2O4로 표시되는 리튬 망간 산화물인 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 리튬 니켈 코발트 망간계 산화물이 LiaNi1-(b+c)MnbCOcO2(단, 1≤a≤1.2, 0.1≤b≤0.5, 0.1≤c≤0.5이다)로 표시되는 리튬 니켈 망간 코발트계 산화물인 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 올리빈형 인산 리튬계 화합물이 LiMePO4(단, Me는 Co, Ni, Fe 및 Mn으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상이다)로 표시되는 올리빈형 인산 리튬 화합물인 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발열 개시 온도 300℃ 이상의 리튬 함유 화합물 이외의 다른 리튬 함유 화합물이 리튬 코발트계 산화물 및 리튬 니켈계 산화물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 리튬 코발트계 산화물이 LiCoO2 또는 LiaCo1-(b+c)MgbMcO2(단, 1≤a≤1.05, 0.005≤b≤0.10, 0.005≤c≤0.10이고, M은 Al, Sr 및 Ca로부터 선택되는 1종 이상이다)로 표시되는 리튬 코발트계 산화물인 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 리튬 니켈계 산화물이 LiaNi1-(b+c)CObMcO2(단, 1≤a≤1.05, 0.1≤b≤0.35, 0.005≤c≤0.30이고, M은 Al, Sr 및 Ca로부터 선택되는 1종 이상이다)로 표시되는 리튬 니켈계 산화물인 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 리튬 2차 전지용 양극, 음극 및 비수 전해질을 구비한 리튬 2차 전지.
- 집전 기재와, 상기 집전 기재 상에 양극 도막을 구비한 리튬 2차 전지용 양극으로서,상기 양극 도막은, 양극 활성 물질로서 발열 개시 온도가 다른 2종 이상의 리튬 함유 화합물을 함유하고,상기 2종 이상의 리튬 함유 화합물 중 1종 이상의 리튬 함유 화합물은 300℃ 이상의 발열 개시 온도를 갖고,상기 양극 도막의 표층측에서 집전 기재측으로 향하는 두께 방향에서, 상기 발열 개시 온도 300℃ 이상의 리튬 함유 화합물이 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 집전 기재와 가장 가까운 양극 도막 부분은, 실질적으로 양극 활성 물질로서 상기 발열 개시 온도 300℃ 이상의 리튬 함유 화합물만을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 발열 개시 온도 300℃ 이상의 리튬 함유 화합물이 리튬 망간계 산화물, 리튬 니켈 코발트 망간계 산화물 및 올리빈형 인산 리튬계 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종인 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 리튬 망간계 산화물이 LiMn2O4로 표시되는 리튬 망간 산화물인 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 리튬 니켈 코발트 망간계 산화물이 LiaNi1-(b+c)MnbCocO2(단, 1≤a≤1.2, 0.1≤b≤0.5, 0.1≤c≤0.5이다)로 표시되는 리튬 니켈 망간 코발트 산화물인 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 올리빈형 인산 리튬계 화합물이 LiMePO4(단, Me는 Co, Ni, Fe 및 Mn으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상이다)로 표시되는 올리빈형 인산 리튬 화합물인 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 발열 개시 온도 300℃ 이상의 리튬 함유 화합물 이외의 다른 리튬 함유 화합물이 리튬 코발트계 산화물 및 리튬 니켈계 산화물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 리튬 코발트계 산화물이 LiCoO2 또는 LiaCO1-(b+c)MgbMcO2(단, 1≤a≤1.05, 0.005≤b≤0.10, 0.005≤c≤0.10이고, M은 Al, Sr 및 Ca로부터 선택되는 1종 이상이다)로 표시되는 리튬 코발트계 산화물인 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 리튬 니켈계 산화물이 LiaNi1-(b+c)CObMcO2(단, 1≤a≤1.05, 0.1≤b≤0.35, 0.005≤c≤0.30이고, M은 Al, Sr 및 Ca로부터 선택되는 1종 이상이다)로 표시되는 리튬 니켈계 산화물인 리튬 2차 전지용 양극.
- 제 12 항에 기재된 리튬 2차 전지용 양극, 음극 및 비수 전해질을 구비한 리튬 2차 전지.
