Claims (8)
- 다음의 조성(중량 %)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 강합금.1 % 미만의 Ni,15~25 % 의 Cr,4.5~12 % 의 Al,0.5~4 % 의 Mo,0.01~1.2 % 의 Nb,0~0.5 % 의 Ti,0~0.5 % 의 Y, Sc, Zr 및/또는 Hf,0~0.2 % 의 Ce 또는 La 와 같은 하나 이상의 희토류 금속(REM),0~0.2 % 의 C,0~0.2 % 의 N,나머지는 철과 통상 발생하는 불순물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, W 가 Mo 를 전체적으로 또는 부분적으로 대체하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 강합금.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 희토류 금속(REM)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 강합금.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 총 0.1 중량 % 이상의 Ti, Nb, Zr 및/또는 Hf 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 강합금.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기재 합금을 Al 합금 또는 Al 로 코팅하여 다음과 같은 조성(중량 %)을 갖는 기재 합금을 특징으로 하는 페라이트계 강합금을 제조하는 방법.1 % 미만의 Ni,15~27 % 의 Cr,0~5 % 의 Al,0.5~5 % 의 Mo,0.01~2 % 의 Nb,0~0.5 % 의 Ti,0~0.5 % 의 Y, Sc, Zr 및/또는 Hf,0~0.2 % 의 Ce 또는 La 와 같은 하나 이상의 희토류 금속(REM),0~0.2 % 의 C,0~0.2 % 의 N,나머지는 철과 통상 발생하는 불순물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 페라이트계 강합금으로 제조되 는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 적용 분야에 사용되는 와이어, 스트립, 호일 및/또는 튜브 형태의 제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 페라이트계 강합금을 촉매 컨버터 적용 분야의 보조 재료로서 사용.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 페라이트계 강합금을 가열 및 노 적용 분야에 사용.
