Claims (4)
- 황화전기아연도금용액에 무기첨가제를 첨가하여 내지문 수지처리 전기아연도금강판을 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 무기첨가제는 NaKSO4, NaWSO4, SnSO4, CoSO4을 상기 황화아연도금용액중에 이온농도 0.001 ~ 5 g/L 함유되게 첨가하되 전류효율이 크게 낮아지지 않는 범위내에서 내지문 수지처리하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내지문 수지처리 전기아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 무기첨가제 중 NaWSO4는 그 이온 농도를 특히 1 ~ 5 g/L 함유되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 내지문수지처리 전기아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 내지문 수지처리방법은 도금강판의 표면위에 바로 1액형 크롬-프리 내지문 수지처리 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내지문 수지처리 전기아연도금강판의 제조방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 내지문수지는 실란커플링제 0.01 ~ 50 g/L, 수분산성실리카 0.05 ~ 50 g/L, 알루미늄이온 50 ~ 1000 ppm, 수용성 아크릴수지 10 ~ 30 wt%, 수용성우레탄용제 10 ~ 40 wt%를 함유하고, 이렇게 조성된 수지를 전기아연도금층에 950 ~ 1250 ㎎/㎡의 량으로 코팅하여 표면외관이 우수한 크롬프리내지문 제조가능한 것을 특징으로 한 내지문수지처리 전기아연도금강판의 제조방법
