Claims (5)
- 내부조직의 결정립 크기가 10~20㎛인 소지강판;
상기 소지강판 상에 구비되는 부착량 58.0~285.0㎎/㎡의 니켈 코팅층; 및
상기 니켈 코팅층 상에 구비되는 아연 도금층을 포함하고,
백색도 L 값이 86.5 이상인 백색도가 우수한 전기아연도금강판.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 아연 도금층 상에 구비되는 단층 또는 복층의 수지층을 포함하는 백색도가 우수한 전기아연도금강판.
- 내부조직의 결정립 크기가 10~20㎛인 소지강판을 준비하는 단계;
전기도금에 의해 상기 소지강판 상에 부착량이 58.0~285.0㎎/㎡인 니켈 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 및
전기도금에 의해 상기 니켈 코팅층 상에 아연 도금층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 아연 도금층은, Fe 이온을 500ppm 미만의 농도로 포함하고, Na, Ca 및 Mg 이온을 50~150ppm의 합산 농도로 포함하는 아연도금욕을 이용하여 형성하는 백색도가 우수한 전기아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 아연 도금층 상에 단층 또는 복층의 수지층을 형성시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 백색도가 우수한 전기아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 전기도금은 황산욕을 이용하는 백색도가 우수한 전기아연도금강판의 제조방법.
