Claims (14)
- 미세분의 최대값이 51 내지 150 nm 사이에 있고 조대분의 최대값이 160 내지 700 nm 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 입도 분포에서 2개의 개별 최대값을 갖는 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 수분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세분의 폴리우레탄 입자가 5 내지 300 nm의 입도를 갖는 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 수분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세분의 폴리우레탄 입자가 10 내지 275 nm의 입도를 갖는 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 수분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조대분의 폴리우레탄 입자가 125 내지 1250 nm의 입도를 갖는 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 수분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조대분의 폴리우레탄 입자가 160 내지 1000 nm의 입도를 갖는 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 수분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산액이 미세분 10 내지 50 중량% 및 조대분 50 내지 90 중량%를 함유하며, 미세분과 조대분의 중량 분율의 총 합계가 100%인 폴리우레탄 -폴리우레아 수분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 함량이 50 중량% 내지 70 중량%인 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 수분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 함량이 55 중량% 내지 65 중량%인 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 수분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점도가 1 내지 1500 mPa·s인 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 수분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분산액이 외부 유화제를 함유하지 않는 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 수분산액.
- 이소시아네이트기 대 이소시아네이트-반응성기의 당량비 1.0 내지 3.5에서I.1) 폴리이소시아네이트,I.2) 수평균 분자량이 200 내지 8000 g/몰인 폴리올,I.3) 수평균 분자량이 62 내지 400이고 총 2개 이상의 히드록시기 및(또는) 아미노기를 함유하는 저분자량 화합물,I.4) 히드록시기 또는 아미노기를 1개 함유하는 화합물,I.5) 이소시아네이트-반응성인 이온성 또는 잠재적 이온성 친수성 화합물, 및I.6) 이소시아네이트-반응성인 비이온성 친수성 화합물로부터 선택된 성분들을 반응시켜 우레아기 무함유 이소시아네이트-관능성 예비중합체를 형성하고, 후속적으로 물에 분산시키기 전에, 중에 또는 후에 잔류 이소시아네이트기를 사슬 연장 또는 사슬 종결과 함께 (여기서, =N+=, =S+-, -COO-, -SO3 - 또는 PO3 2 - 기의 양은 수지 고형분 100 g당 0.1 내지 15 밀리당량임) 아미노기 대 유리 이소시아네이트기의 당량비 40% 내지 150%에서 I.3) 내지 I.6)으로부터 선택된 아미노-관능성 화합물과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 제1항의 폴리우레탄-폴리우레아 분산액의 제조 방법.
