Claims (11)
- 스테이터의 티스면과 로터의 마그넷면이 상기 로터의 출력축의 축선방향을 따라 소정의 공극을 가지고 대향 배치되어 있는 액셜 갭형 전동기에 있어서,상기 로터는 상기 스테이터에 대하여 동축적으로 배치되는 로터 백요크와, 상기 스테이터의 티스면에 대향하도록 상기 로터 백요크에 설치되는 로터 마그넷을 가지고,상기 로터 마그넷은 상기 로터 마그넷과 일체로서 상기 로터 백요크의 뒷면측에 배치되는 앵커 마그넷을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액셜 갭형 전동기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 로터 마그넷은 몰드 성형 가능한 자석재로 이루어지고, 상기 로터 마그넷에는 상기 로터 백요크의 축방향으로 관통하는 관통구멍을 거쳐 상기 앵커 마그넷이 일체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액셜 갭형 전동기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 로터 마그넷은 몰드 성형 가능한 자석재로 이루어지고, 상기 로터 마그넷에는 상기 로터 백요크의 바깥 둘레를 거쳐 상기 앵커 마그넷이 일체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액셜 갭형 전동기.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 로터 백요크의 바깥 둘레에는 상기 앵커 마그넷이 형성되는 잘라냄부가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액셜 갭형 전동기.
- 제 2항, 제 3항 또는 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 관통구멍 또는 상기 잘라냄부는 상기 로터 마그넷의 각 자극마다 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액셜 갭형 전동기.
- 제 2항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,상기 관통구멍은 상기 로터 마그넷의 각 자극마다 적어도 2개소 설치되어 있고, 상기 앵커 마그넷은 상기 각 관통구멍을 덮도록 하나의 패턴으로서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액셜 갭형 전동기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 로터의 위치를 검지하기 위한 위치검출센서를 더욱 구비하고, 상기 위치검출센서는 상기 앵커 마그넷의 회전궤적상에 대향하는 위치에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액셜 갭형 전동기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 로터 마그넷은 각 자극마다 분할된 복수개의 마그넷부재로 이루어지고, 각 마그넷부재가 상기 회전축선을 중심으로 고리형상으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액셜 갭형 전동기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스테이터는 각 티스마다 분할된 복수개의 코어부재로 이루어지고, 상기각 코어부재가 상기 회전축선을 중심으로 고리형상으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액셜 갭형 전동기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 로터 마그넷은 스러스트방향으로 착자되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액셜 갭형 전동기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 로터 마그넷의 두께는 자극마다 회전방향의 양쪽 끝이 얇고, 중심이 원주방향의 양쪽 끝보다도 두껍게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액셜 갭형 전동기.
