Claims (25)
- MgO 및 SiO2 를 주성분으로 함유하여 이루어지고, MgO/SiO2 중량 비율이 0.1∼10, 평균 입경이 0.001∼1.5㎜ 인 화염 용융법으로 제조된 세라믹스 입자.
- MgO 및 SiO2 를 주성분으로 함유하여 이루어지고, MgO/SiO2 중량 비율이 0.1∼10, 평균 입경이 0.001∼1.5㎜ 인 화염 용융법으로 제조된 구상 주물사.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,평균 입경이 0.05∼1.5㎜ 인 구상 주물사.
- MgO 및 SiO2 를 주성분으로 함유하여 이루어지고, MgO/SiO2 중량 비율이 0.1∼10, 평균 입경이 0.001∼1.5㎜, 구형도가 0.95 이상인 구상 주물사.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,평균 입경이 0.05∼1.5㎜ 인 구상 주물사.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,흡수율이 1.5중량% 이하인 구상 주물사.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,흡수율이 1.5중량% 이하인 구상 주물사.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,흡수율이 1.5중량% 이하인 구상 주물사.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,흡수율이 1.5중량% 이하인 구상 주물사.
- MgO 및 SiO2 를 주성분으로 함유하여 이루어지고, MgO/SiO2 중량 비율이 0.1∼10, 평균 입경이 0.001∼1.5㎜ 인 화염 용융법으로 제조된 입자를 구상 주물사로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,평균 입경이 0.05∼1.5㎜ 의 입자인 방법.
- MgO 및 SiO2 를 주성분으로 함유하여 이루어지고, MgO/SiO2 중량 비율이 0.1∼10, 평균 입경이 0.001∼1.5㎜, 구형도가 0.95 이상인 입자를 구상 주물사로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,평균 입경이 0.05∼1.5㎜ 의 입자인 방법.
- MgO 및 SiO2 를 주성분으로 하는, MgO/SiO2 중량 비율이 0.1∼10, 평균 입경이 0.001∼2㎜ 인 분말 입자를, 화염 속에서 용융하여 구상화하는 공정을 포함하는, MgO 및 SiO2 를 주성분으로 함유하여 이루어지고, MgO/SiO2 중량 비율이 0.1∼10, 평균 입경이 0.001∼1.5㎜ 인 구상 주물사의 제조 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,평균 입경이 0.05∼2㎜ 인 분말 입자를 구상화하여, 평균 입경이 0.05∼1.5㎜ 인 구상 주물사를 제조하는 구상 주물사의 제조 방법.
- MgO 및 SiO2 를 주성분으로 하는, MgO/SiO2 중량 비율이 0.1∼10, 평균 입경이 0.001∼2㎜ 인 분말 입자를, 화염 속에서 용융하여 구상화하는 공정을 포함하는, MgO 및 SiO2 를 주성분으로 함유하여 이루어지고, MgO/SiO2 중량 비율이 0.1∼10, 평균 입경이 0.001∼1.5㎜, 구형도가 0.95 이상인 구상 주물사의 제조 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,평균 입경이 0.05∼2㎜ 인 분말 입자를 구상화하여, 평균 입경이 0.05∼1.5㎜ 인 구상 주물사를 제조하는 구상 주물사의 제조 방법.
- MgO 및 SiO2 를 주성분으로 함유하여 이루어지고, MgO/SiO2 중량 비율이 0.1∼10, 평균 입경이 0.001∼1.5㎜ 인 화염 용융법으로 제조된 구상 주물사를 포함하여 이루어지는 주조용 주형.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,평균 입경이 0.05∼1.5㎜ 의 구상 주물사인 주조용 주형.
- MgO 및 SiO2 를 주성분으로 함유하여 이루어지고, MgO/SiO2 중량 비율이 0.1∼10, 평균 입경이 0.001∼1.5㎜, 구형도가 0.95 이상인 구상 주물사를 포함하여 이루어지는 주조용 주형.
