Description
Claims (15)
- 절개가 필요없이 눈물 배출 장치에 삽입될 수 있는 중공 외부 튜브 및상기 외부 튜브에 삽입되는 비외상 내봉(inner rod)을 포함하는 눈물 배출 시스템에서 막힘을 외상 최소화하여 치료하는 기구로서,상기 내봉은 상기 외부 튜브가 상기 눈물 배출 시스템에 삽입된 후에 제거되고, 상기 막힘 치료용 수단은 상기 눈물 배출 시스템에 추가 외상을 초래하지 않고 삽입될 수 있는 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 외부 튜브가 강성 또는 반강성인 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 외부 튜브 및 내봉이 멸균성 금속 재료로 제조된 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 내봉의 원위 단부가 기구를 삽입하는 동안에 외상을 감소시키기 위하여 원형을 가지는 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 막힘 치료용 수단이 방사선 치료 기구, 기계적 치료 기구 및 전자 외상 치료 기구로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 외부 튜브가 1mm의 최대 외직경을 가지는 기구.
- 중공 외부 튜브 및 내봉을 포함하는 제 1항의 기구;방사선 공급원; 및방사선을 상기 방사선 공급원으로부터 배출 채널을 생성하기에 충분한 눈물 배출 시스템의 위치로 전달하도록 상기 공급원에 연결된 전달 수단을 포함하는 눈물 배출 시스템에서의 막힘을 최소 외상으로 치료하는 시스템으로서,상기 전달 수단이 상기 기구 삽입후에 외부 튜브에 비외상으로 삽입될 수 있는 시스템.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 방사선 공급원이 레이저인 시스템.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 방사선 공급원이 810nm 및 980nm로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 파장에서 방사선을 방출하는 시스템.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 전달 수단이 시 섬유 및 시 섬유 다발로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 시스템.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 전달 수단이 배출 채널을 유지하기 위하여 회수된 후에 중공관에 삽입될 수 있는 연성 스텐트를 추가로 포함하는 시스템.
- a. 중공 외부 튜브에 비외상 내봉을 삽입시키고;b. 외부 튜브의 원위 단부가 누선에 미리결정된 위치에 근접되어 상기 외부 튜브를 상기 누선에 삽입시키며,b. 상기 내봉을 제거하며;c. 상기 절제성 수단의 원위 단부가 외부 튜브의 원위 단부로 연장될 때까지 절제성 레이저 방사를 방출시키기 위한 수단을 삽입시키며;d. 상기 누선 및 비공 사이의 구멍을 생성하도록 절제성 레이저 방사를 방출하는 수단을 활성화시키는 단계를 포함하는 눈물 배출 시스템에서의 막힘을 최소 외상으로 치료 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서,e. 외부 튜브의 원위 단부가 비강을 통해 보일 때까지 구멍을 통해서 외부 튜브의 원위 단부를 전진시키고,f. 외부 튜브를 통하여 삽관 튜브를 삽입하여 삽관 튜브가 구멍에 위치되며,g. 외부 튜브를 제거하여 삽관 튜브가 구멍을 지지하도록 남아있는 추가 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 외부 튜브를 누선에 삽입하는 단계가 상기 튜브를 하부 눈물점에 삽입시켜서 수반되는 방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 절제성 레이저 방사를 방출하는 수단이 하나 이상의 레이저 방사원에 연결된 하나 이상의 시 섬유인 방법.
