Claims (20)
- 전이금속 시아나이드 화합물 및 전이금속 시아나이드 화합물과 반응하여 수 불용성 금속 시아나이드 촉매를 형성하는 금속염을 함유하는, 불혼화성 연속 상에 분산된 다수의 수 액적을 갖는 에멀젼을 형성하는 단계(A) 및에멀젼을, 전이금속 시아나이드 화합물과 금속염이 수 액적 속에서 반응하여 수용성 금속 시아나이드 촉매를 형성하도록 하는 조건으로 처리하는 단계(B)를 포함하는, 금속 시아나이드 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가, 평균 입자 크기가 투과 전자 분광법으로 측정하여 약 5 내지 약 500㎚인 입자 형태로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계(A)가,전이금속 시아나이드 화합물을 함유하는, 불혼화성 연속 상에 분산된 제1 수 액적의 제1 에멀젼을 형성하는 단계(A1),전이금속 시아나이드 화합물과 반응하여 수 불용성 금속 시아나이드 촉매를 형성하는 용해된 금속염을 함유하는, 불혼화성 연속 상에 분산된 제2 수 액적의 제2 에멀젼을 형성하는 단계(A2) 및제1 수 액적이 제2 수 액적과 접촉되도록 하는 조건하에 제1 에멀젼과 제2 에멀젼을 혼합하는 단계(A3)로 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불혼화성 연속 상이 계면활성제를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불혼화성 연속 상이 물과 불혼화성인 액체 유기 화합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 불혼화성 연속 상이 탄화수소, C6 이상의 알칸올, 또는 하나 이상의 탄화수소와 하나 이상의 C6 이상의 알칸올과의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 리간드로 처리되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 리간드가 단계(B) 동안 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 시아나이드 화합물이 헥사시아노코발테이트 화합물이고, 금속염이 아연 염인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법의 생성물인, 금속 시아나 이드 촉매를 알킬렌 옥사이드와 혼합하고, 생성된 혼합물을 알킬렌 옥사이드를 중합시키기에 충분한 승온을 포함하는 조건으로 처리하여 폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드)를 형성하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 알킬렌 옥사이드에 노출되기 전의 금속 시아나이드 촉매의 평균 입자 크기가 투과 전자 분광법으로 측정하여 약 5 내지 약 500㎚인 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 알킬렌 옥사이드에 노출되기 전의 금속 시아나이드 촉매의 평균 입자 크기가 투과 전자 분광법으로 측정하여 약 5 내지 약 150㎚인 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 아연 헥사시아노코발테이트 촉매인 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제13항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 유기 리간드를 함유하는 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제14항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개시제 화합물의 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 개시제 화합물이 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드)이고, 알킬렌 옥사이드가 에틸렌 옥사이드인 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프로필렌 옥사이드 및 에틸렌 옥사이드가 순서대로 중합되어 에틸렌 옥사이드 캡핑된 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드)폴리올을 형성하는 방법.
- 알킬렌 옥사이드에 노출되기 전의 평균 입자 크기가 투과 전자 분광법으로 측정하여 약 5 내지 약 500㎚인 입자 형태의 금속 시아나이드 촉매의 촉매적 유효량의 존재하에 중합 조건하에서 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드) 중합체를 에틸렌 옥사이드(EO)와 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하여, 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드) 중합체를 EO 캡핑시키는 방법.
- 알킬렌 옥사이드와 접촉하기 전의 평균 입자 크기가 투과 전자 분광법으로 측정하여 약 5 내지 약 500㎚인 입자 형태의 금속 시아나이드 촉매.
- 제19항에 따르는 금속 시아나이드 촉매를 알킬렌 옥사이드와 혼합하고, 생성된 혼합물을 알킬렌 옥사이드를 중합시키기에 충분한 승온을 포함하는 조건으로 처리하여 폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드)를 형성하는 방법.
