Claims (23)
- 수중 금속염의 제1 용액을 형성하는 단계(a),금속 시아나이드 화합물, 또는 금속염 중에서 금속과 함께 불용성 염을 형성하는 전이금속 함유 음이온을 갖는 보조 화합물과 금속 시아나이드 화합물과의 혼합물의 제2 수용액을 형성하는 단계(b),금속염, 금속 시아나이드 염 및, 존재하는 경우, 보조 화합물이 반응하여 불용성 침전물을 형성하도록 하는 조건하에, 제1 용액과 제2 용액을, 금속 시아나이드 화합물과 존재하는 임의의 보조 화합물의 합한 당량수를 기준으로 하여, 금속염의 화학량론적 양 이하가 혼합물 중에 존재하도록 하는 비율로 혼합하는 단계(c)[여기서, 단계(c)는 유기 착화제 화합물의 존재하에 수행되거나, 단계(c)가 수행된 후에 불용성 침전물을 유기 착화제 화합물로 세척하거나, 이들 두 공정을 모두 수행한다],불용성 침전물로부터 과량의 물과 과량의 착화제를 제거하여 분리된 침전물을 형성하는 단계(d) 및함침 용액이 분리된 침전물에 의해 거의 흡수되도록 하는 조건하에, 분리된 침전물을 물 또는 물과 가용성 유기 착화제의 혼합물에 용해시킨 금속염 추가량을 함유하는 함침 용액과 혼합하는 단계(e)[여기서, 함침 용액 중의 금속염의 농도는 분리된 침전물 중의 금속 시아나이드 화합물과 전이금속 함유 음이온 1mol당 금속염 0.1 내지 1.5mol이 함침 용액에 제공되도록 하는 농도이다]를 포함하는, 금속함유 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 용액 중의 금속염이 아연 염인 방법.
