Claims (9)
- 다수의 애노드전극과;도전성을 가지며 상기 애노드전극들 사이가 절연되도록 상기 애노드전극들 상에 독립패턴으로 형성되는 도전성 차광막을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도전성 차광막은 상기 애노드 전극을 부분적으로 노출시켜 발광영역을 정의하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 애노드전극 상에 형성된 유기발광층과;상기 애노드 전극과 교차되게 형성된 격벽과;상기 유기발광층을 사이에 두고 상기 애노드 전극과 교차되게 형성된 캐소드전극을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도전성 차광막은 불투명물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 도전성 차광막의 저항율은 20~200[μΩ.㎝] 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광표시소자.
- 기판 상에 다수의 애노드전극을 형성하는 단계와;상기 애노드전극이 형성된 기판 상에 도전성을 가지며 상기 애노드전극들 사이가 절연되도록 상기 애노드전극들 상에 독립패턴으로 도전성 차광막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 도전성 차광막은 상기 애노드 전극을 부분적으로 노출시켜 발광영역을 정의하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 애노드전극 상에 형성된 유기발광층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 애노드 전극과 교차되도록 격벽을 형성하는 단계와;상기 유기발광층을 사이에 두고 상기 애노드 전극과 교차되도록 캐소드전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광표시소자의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 도전성 차광막은 불투명물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광표시소자의 제조방법.
