Claims (3)
- 자동차용 흡음재에 있어서,동일한 재질의 압착흡음재 및 일반흡음재 사이에 합성수지 필름을 일체로 부착하여 3층 구조로 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡음재.
- 자동차용 흡음재 제조 방법에 있어서,레귤러 섬유와 저융점 섬유를 혼합 방사하여 40mm 두께로 제작된 일반흡음재와, 레귤러 섬유와 저융점 섬유를 혼합 방사하여 5mm 두께로 프레스 압축하여 제작된 압착흡음재를 제공하는 단계와;합성수지 필름을 상기 압축흡음재와 일반흡음재 사이에 위치시킨 다음, 열을 가하는 단계와;상기 열에 의해 저융점 섬유가 녹으면서 레귤러 섬유가 결속될 때, 상기 합성수지 필름도 같이 녹으면서 하나의 층으로 형성되는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡음재 제조 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 압착흡음재와 합성수지 필름 그리고 일반흡음재가 적층 구성된 다음, 프리히터 챔버에 인입시켜 200℃에서 30초 동안 가열하는 단계와; 가열된 흡음재를 방음부품용 금형에 안착시켜 상기 일반흡음재를 1/2 두께 수준까지 압축시키는 단계가 더 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 흡음재 제조 방법.
