Abstract

본 발명은 자동차나 건축물 등에 사용되며 고밀도 수지층과 저밀도 수지층이 접합되어 흡음 및 차음기능을 하는 흡차음재시트에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 특징에 따르면, 흡차음용으로 사용되며 상대적으로 고밀도인 고밀도 수지층(110)과 상대적으로 저밀도인 저밀도 수지층(120)을 접합시켜서 된 시트(100)에 있어서, 상기 고밀도 수지층(110)과 상기 저밀도 수지층(120)을 동일한 발포 PU수지로 밀도를 달리하여 적층성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재시트가 제공된다.

Description

흡차음재시트
본 발명은 흡차음재시트에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 상세히는 자동차의 플로어, 대시보드 등의 패널과 패널 사이 또는 건축물 등의 소정부위에 설치되며 고밀도 수지층과 저밀도 수지층이 접합되어 흡음 및 차음기능을 하는 흡차음재시트의 고밀도 수지층과 저밀도 수지층을 동일 재료를 사용하여 재활용이 용이해지도록 한 흡차음재시트에 관한 것이다.
제1도는 일반적인 자동차용 흡차음재시트의 사용상태 사시도이고, 제2도는 종래의 흡차음재시트의 단면도이다.
자동차는 엔진과 관련된 구동음, 주행시의 공기마찰, 제동시 타이어와 노면과의 마찰음 등으로 인하여 많은 소음이 자체의 판넬을 통하여 차실로 전달된다. 이러한 소음을 감쇄시키기 위하여, 제1도에 도시한 바와같이, 루프, 도어, 플로어, 대시보드 등의 패널과 패널사이에 흡차음재시트(10)를 개재시킨다.
제2도에 도시한 바와같이, 자동차에 사용되는 이러한 흡차음재시트(10)는 주로 차음효과가 우수하며 매스층으로 기능하는 고밀도 수지층(11)과 흡음효과가 우수하며 스프링층으로 기능하는 저밀도 수지층(12)으로 구분할 수 있다. 종래에는 이질 재료를 적층하여 제작하였는 바, 예를들어 EVA수지를 사용하여 고밀도로 성형하고 이 고밀도 성형제품에 PU(폴리우레탄)수지를 발포성형하여 상대적으로 얇은 고밀도 수지층(11)과 상대적으로 두꺼운 저밀도 수지층(12)을 형성하였다. 즉, 종래에는 EVA수지를 사용하여 가죽제품과 같이 조직이 치밀하고 쿠션이 거의 없도록 한 고밀도 수지층(11)을 형성함으로써 차음기능을 담당할 수 있게 하고, PU수지를 사용하여 스폰지제품과 같이 조직이 엉성하고 쿠션을 좋게 한 저밀도 수지층(12)을 형성함으로써 흡음기능을 담당할 수 있도록 하였다.
이러한 흡차음재시트(10)는 자동차의 폐차시 회수하고, 이때 고밀도 수지층(11)은 폐기하고 저밀도 수지층(12)을 이루고 있는 PU수지는 분쇄하여 침대용 쿠션재나 마블스폰지로 재활용한다.
이와같이, 종래의 흡차음재시트(10)는 2개의 재료로 되어 있으므로 이를 재활용하기 위해서는 분쇄전에 고밀도 수지층(11)으로 부터 저밀도 수지층(12)만을 분리시켜야만 하는 번거로움이 있었다. 또한, 종래의 고밀도 수지층(11)은 차음기능을 담당하기는 하나, 발표성형된 것이 아니므로 흡음기능이 없는 단점도 있었다. 이러한 문제점은 자동차용 이외의 건축물이나 방음벽 또는 기계설비에 사용되는 흡차음재의 경우에도 적용될 수 있다.
이러한 문제점을 감안한 본 발명의 목적은, 고밀도 수지층과 저밀도 수지층을 동일 재료로 사용하여 적층성형함으로써 재활용을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 고밀도 수지층도 발포성형함으로써 흡음성능을 높일 수 있는 새로운 구조의 흡차음재시트를 제공하고자 하는 것이다.

본 발명의 특징에 따르면, 흡차음용으로 사용되며 상대적으로 고밀도인 고밀도 수지층(110)과 상대적으로 저밀도인 저밀도 수지층(120)을 접합시켜서 된 시트(100)에 있어서, 상기 고밀도 수지층(110)과 상기 저밀도 수지층(120)을 동일한 발포 PU수지로 밀도를 달리하여 적층성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재시트가 제공된다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 자동차용 흡차음재를 예로서 상세히 설명한다. 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 흡차음재시트의 일부를 절취한 상태의 사시도이고, 제4도는 본 발명에 따른 흡차음재시트의 성형과정을 설명하기 위한 개략도이다.
제3도에 도시한 바와같이, 본 발명에 따른 흡차음재시트시트(100)는 상대적으로 두께가 얇은 고밀도 수지층(110)과 두께가 큰 저밀도 수지층(120)이 접합된 구조로 되어 있으며, 바람직하기로는 고밀도 수지층(110)은 900Kg/

이상으로 발포성형한 PU수지이고 저밀도 수지층(120)은 200Kg/

이하로 발포성형한 PU수지로 된 것이다.
제4도에 도시한 바와같이, 본 발명에 따른 흡차음재시트(100)의 제작시에는 금형을 이용하여 성형하면 된다. 먼저, 액상의 PU수지를 고밀도로 발포 성형하여 고밀도 수지층(110)을 형성한 후, 이 고밀도 수지층(110) 위에 액상의 PU수지를 투입하여 저밀도로 발포 성형하면 저밀도 수지층(120)이 형성되면서 고밀도 수지층(110)과 일체로 접합된다. 이때 고밀도 수지층과 저밀도 수지층이 동일 재료로 되어 있으므로 별도의 접착제를 사용하지 않아도 융착이 잘 이루어 진다.
이와같이 제조된 본 발명에 따른 흡차음재시트(100)는 고밀도 수지층(110)과 저밀도 수지층(120)이 동일 재료로 되어 있으므로 재활용시 분리시킬 필요가 없고 회수한 시트(100) 전체를 그대로 분쇄하여 침대용 쿠션재나 마블스폰지를 만드는 원재료로 사용할 수 있다.
한편, 고밀도 수지층(110)은 주로 차음기능을 하면서 저밀도 수지층(120)과 같이 발포된 구조로 되어 있으므로 흡음기능도 갖는다.
상술한 바와같이 본 발명에 따른 흡차음재시트시트(100)는 고밀도 수지층(110)과 저밀도 수지층(120)이 동일한 재료로 접합된 것으로, 재활용시 두 수지층을 분리하여야 하는 번거로움이 없으며, 고밀도 수지층(110)에서도 흡음이 되므로 흡음성능이 향상되는 효과도 있다.

  1. 흡차음용으로 사용되며 상대적으로 고밀도인 고밀도 수지층(110)과 상대적으로 저밀도인 저밀도 수지층(120)을 접합시켜서 된 시트(100)에 있어서, 상기 고밀도 수지층(110)과 상기 저밀도 수지층(120)을 동일한 발포 PU수지로 밀도를 달리하여 적층성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 흡차음재시트.
